Had to place my 5 month old in day care. I was so afraid of leaving him with non family members, but honestly, their communication is top tier. Nicole in the blue room is extremely helpful. She was the reason we took our baby to the doctor because she raised concerns. He absolutely loves it as well.

My children have been at Tots' Spot Academy in Smyrna for a little less than a year, but I have been blown away by the level of care and attention the staff provides not only to my children but also to me as a first time mom. They are patient with me as I ask questions and provide sound advice. They love on my children for me while I am at work, and I never once doubt whether or not they are in good hands. It's a blessing to be able to be part of the Tots' Spot community and family.

We love Tots' Landing! We love all the teachers, and Ms. Melissa and Ms. Jennifer in the office. We have been happy with every class our sons have been in, from infant room on up. They always have such fun things for the kids to do, reading stories, singing, dancing, water day, mud day, pumpkin patch, fire truck visits, police visits, a science guy who let's them participate in cool experiments, trick or treating, fall family picnic, Christmas program. Also I love the app that let's me know all about their day. If you are looking for a great place for your child to learn and grow, you found it!

I'm very disappointed with this facility and the company as a whole. They all believe it's perfectly fine to put a non walking child outside and let them crawl in their sharp mulch on the playground. I wasn't told this was how they do things. My husband picked up my child one day and he had a very large bruise on his face, very dark circular bruises on his knees, and every square inch of his jacket was covered in the sharp mulch. I came to the conclusion that he was on the ground, because the update photos never showed him on the ground. I confronted them about it and they said yes we do that and it's perfectly fine. I told them this was unacceptable as my son can't walk yet. They also claimed they investigated the bruise on his face, but a week went by and all they could say was, sorry we don't know how it happened. I told them then they clearly weren't watching my son then. They didn't really give me a good solution about the mulch thing and made me feel like I was crazy for even being bothered by this. I asked one of the administrators if she would do that to her own non walking child and she changed the subject and didn't answer me. That says it right there that they wouldn't do that to their own children, but us paying parents' children don't deserve the same respect and decency. I even spoke to other daycare companies in the area and they all told me they would never put a non walking child on the ground and they are subject to the same regulations as this facility. I hope any parent looking for daycare for their non walking child steers clear of Tots Spots.

My girls both have loved being a part of the Tots family. The staff and teachers are all fantastic! Great pre-K program that prepares your child for Kindergarten too.
