Leaving my 2yo son everyday, for most of the day, is very difficult. But, he loves it there. He especially loves Treyona, honestly, she’s the reason I've continued to send my son there. She's professional and kind, but most importantly, attentive. Her job isn't easy, but she does it very well! Ms. Jennifer is the director of the facility, and anytime I’ve had problem, she's taken me very seriously and addressed it. If corporate reads this, those ladies deserve raises! Shout out to Ms. T, who showers my baby with affection. Ms. Key, a new addition, but so far a wonderful fit. And the gentle man who prepares the meals (I forget his name). They have been a godsend to me and my son, and I'm hoping to keep my son there as long as he wants to go…. Especially if Treyona is around! :)
I didn’t read any reviews before enrolling my son here. I toured both Smyrna locations, but Cooper Lake didn’t appeal to me. Although it’s larger, I didn’t see my son going there. As a secondary education teacher, I consider both a teacher’s and a parent’s perspective when choosing a school. From a parent’s view, this location feels more welcoming, educational, and vibrant. It’s the most interaction I’ve seen my son have, and I like that he can see and spend time with other age groups when permitted. His class is small enough for teachers to teach effectively. Since August 2025, I’ve noticed he’s speaking more. From a teacher’s perspective, running a daycare is challenging, and Ms. Jennifer is doing her best to staff the center correctly. But outside efforts matter too; parenting and teaching at home matter too. The overall structure and daily routines are very orderly, and consistency is key. I appreciate that Ms. Jennifer has support from Ms. Ki and Treyona. When I toured, I had no doubts about enrolling. They’ve become like an extended family to my son and me, which I value because they collaborate with me to prioritize his education, safety, and health. The center seems to have a good mix of parents and students, which I hope remains. Although the building is old and repairs are underway, they don’t compromise the safety or the educational environment for the children.
My son has adjusted so well here! We were new here, so my concern was finding a good and safe daycare for him to go to! Ms. Jennifer is great! And my sons teacher Ms. Treyona has been a great help with teaching my son independence and potty training ☺️
My daughter loves her daycare! Ms. Key and Ms. Treyona are absolutely wonderful with her, and Ms. Jennifer does an amazing job as the director. I have complete peace of mind knowing she’s surrounded by such caring and supportive staff
The Director is absolutely wonderful. She has been with the company for 14 years and it shows. She wears many hats when needed and treats each student as if they were her own. From day one I knew my babygirl was in great hands. Highly recommend this location for childcare if you are in the Vinnings/Smyrna area.
