Today: 8/28/2024, unfortunately I needed to update this review. When I came to pick up my kid today, we were about to get in the car and he showed me his left arm, he hurt himself this morning (which is completely normal for kids) but the problem is: NOBODY notices me or my husband. It happened today at 7:35 a.m. After seeing that, I came back to his classroom (around 6:15 P.M.) to ask his teacher about it, they gave me the note that had ALREADY a check mark on "Noticed Parents" "In Person". I can't understand WHY nobody called me, emailed me, or texted me or my husband. The school has our full contact informations for both parents. It's unbelievable that nobody told us and the notice paper says the opposite. PLEASE call/email Or text us for anything next time. We still like the place, but it's hard to trust now. Can't wait to have a director there again, it has been months without a Director at #229 location. ***** Our son has been going to daycare since he was three months old, and he always did it pretty well. We started at Childcare Network Conyers, and this year (July/2023), we moved him to Childcare Network Smyrna. Both locations have the sweetest staff. We love how cute the Smyrna location looks and how attentive Ms. Regina (the director) is, and most importantly, we like to see how great our son is developing over there, and we feel comfortable leaving him there while we need to work. So far, the only thing that I would like to have improved is the following: - Media/pictures. We got only a few, and most of them were during the eating time (seated around the table). - I would love to be able to check in/out on the front desk computer (my husband or I forgot to check him out days ago, and since that day, we are not able to use it again) Childcare Network is an excellent daycare solution, and Smyrna is the best location!

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with this daycare, and I feel compelled to share it in hopes of helping other parents make an informed decision. First off, this daycare is severely overcrowded. When you walk in, it’s almost overwhelming to see the sheer number of children in such a small space. There’s no way each child is getting the individual attention they need. It feels chaotic and crowded, which can make it difficult to trust that your child is being properly cared for. One of the most concerning issues is the lack of cleanliness. Many of the kids, are constantly running noses, but it seems like no one is actively attending to this. I often see children walking around with mucus dripping from their noses, and it’s not being cleaned up. This contributes to the spread of illness, and as a parent, it’s frustrating to see such basic hygiene needs being overlooked. Lastly, if you arrive to drop off your child and they are “full,” you’ll be turned away, even if your child has a scheduled spot. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially if you rely on the daycare for work. The lack of a backup plan or communication about overcapacity is a major flaw in their operation. My son has not even been enrolled a full week. Seems to me that they should not be accepting new students or providing tours. Overall, I would not recommend this daycare to other parents. The overcrowding, lack of hygiene, and poor management of capacity make it difficult to feel confident that your child is receiving the care they deserve. There are definitely better options out there for your little one. This was not a tour experience!! My child is enrolled at this facility. Today we were told he could not attend because the center reached their capacity for the day.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 1 years old. We’ve always had new administrators cause nobody can seem to stay. Ms.Frances and Melanie truly held the place down. When Melanie left it was a mess after that. My daughter and niece were out of childcare due to no staff.. (literally only 2 people worked there basically).. The two year classroom was closed for weeks and still is… My daughter is already a month in at her new school and her old classroom here is still closed. Since then I’ve noticed she doesn’t get sick nearly as much. They never wiped the kids noses. Needless to say, A clown show is what this is!

This place had 3 amazing teachers when we started and they were the ONLY reason we stayed at this daycare. At the start of 2025 everyone quit, including the Director who was the 4th director there since we started 1 year ago. Although the price is decent, it is not worth the turnover and not knowing who is taking care of your child all day while at work. And to add to this, when everyone quit no one knew if they were going to get childcare for that week even though we paid. It was first come first serve basis and had to get our child there at 6:30am to make sure we had a spot for the day to go to work. VERY unprofessional. I no longer support this daycare.

I hate to have to make such a bad review but the past two weeks this location we had nothing but disappointment. Our son has been going to his location since he was 3 months old. We finally got a director who cared and was fantastic, Ms. K, only to have her leave as well. Although we paid a full week tuition, they could only take a certain number of children, or children of a certain age, and today nobody with keys showed up to open the center at all!!! Now we have to take days off work, and keep our child at home when having him taken care of is the reason why we enrolled him in daycare to start off with.
