Being a working mom is hard. Having to leave your most prized possession with somebody else everyday is HARD. But today just like every other day for the last 2 years I was so grateful to walk into a center that I can tell genuinely loves and cares for my child while she is in their care. I was grateful for the peace of mind that my daughter has a home away from home where she always feels safe. Like most businesses, there is a price, and I truly feel that you get what you pay for…. The quality of care at cadence in Smyrna is top tier. I just wanted to shout out a special thank you to all staff who play a role in taking such amazing care of my June Bug every single day!
Cadence Academy was a great first daycare for my daughter. The communication is good and I enjoyed the app being able to see what activities they did for the day. Notably, Miss Nautica is amazing and treated my daughter so well like one of her own. I’m happy my daughter got to experience her and many of the other teachers/staff.
Staff has been amazing helping our almost 3 year old move into a classroom setting. She shows progress everyday, and is excited to go to school Building and classrooms are clean and organized. Nice mix of structure and open play times. If they have an opening, you won’t regret it.
Our family has had such a wonderful experience at Cadence Academy! My son began in the step-room for infants/1-year-olds, then moved into the 2-year-old class, and is now thriving in the preschool program. Throughout every stage, the connections he has made with both staff and other students have been incredible. What really stands out is the strong communication between the staff and families. Working together with his teachers and putting in the effort on our end as parents has made this journey a true pleasure. The staff truly care, and it shows in the growth and development we’ve seen in our child. At just 3 years old, my son can now name all of his colors in both English and Spanish, count to 100, spell his name, and do so much more! Beyond academics, he’s learned to regulate his emotions and redirect negative behaviors when needed—skills that will serve him well for years to come. We are so grateful for the support, dedication, and encouragement from Cadence Academy, and I recommend this school wholeheartedly to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching environment.
The teachers and staff are wonderful, engaging, and nurturing. Both my children have attended the school since they turned 1, and we wouldn't choose to send them anywhere else. My oldest child just started Kindergarten this year in the Spanish immersion program at N. Smyrna, and he was beyond ready thanks to his time at Cadence. I cannot recommend a better early learning environment.
