We love Ms. Nichole’s!!! I have a baby and a toddler, and both of them are very well taken care of and love their teachers! We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!
My son went here a few years ago. He started when he was 2 or 3. In the beginning everything was fine. He loved his teachers, even went to them with no problems, no questions asked. But then he got older and changed classes. That's when the problem came. I went to pick him up one day, and he was bleeding on his forehead. I asked what happened. The lady in the front said "I don't know. His teacher left earlier, and didn't leave a report." He was young and couldn't articulate what happened. Then a few days later one of the workers tells me they are taking photos of my son in diapers. She said "they are trying to say he comes in the same diaper he was in the day before." How would they know if it's the same brand, with no markings." As time goes on he's less wanting to go there. He starts screaming just pulling into the parking lot, or just saying "you ready for school?" I still took him there for maybe 2 more weeks, then I stopped because something had to be wrong. Something more than just "separation anxiety" Seeing all these reviews saying the teachers scream at the children like their inmates lets me know why he stopped wanting to go. He was essentially being bullied by the staff for just showing up. I worked from home for the last 3 years, so he stayed with me. They are implementing RTO so I played around asking if he wanted to go back there for preschool (he's 5 now) he still cries about going. I can't even turn down the street without him panicking thinking he's going back. Never again. They have given my 5 year old PTSD.
The office staff and teachers are so nice 🙂 my son goes here and he loves it! This place definitely cares about your kids.
Had a wonderful experience at this daycare. Everyone was very welcoming and child loves his teachers.
The staff is inexperienced. The staff puts to many kids in one class. The teachers are not able to handle such a large setting. The teachers are not able to keep the hygiene of kids up. The director dismissed my kid from the school instead of using the opportunity of a teachable moment. It was easier to cast my kid out instead of taking a moment to show the correct way. I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend.
