Evan Adamson is a great trainer!!. I've been working consistently with him since the summer of 2024. He's made a huge difference in my strength and mobility. He's a serious student of physical training and pays close attention to proper form. Give him a try!

Great place for stay at home moms and people just trying to stay in shape. If you want to lift and get stronger sadly this ain't the place. Great on everything else but if all you want to do is lift weights go to crunch. The equipment is high end just end from 10+ years ago

Disappointed in this location considering the costs of membership. I’ve had 4 bad experiences at this gym and after the 4th, I’ve decided to cancel my membership. The first, my kids were in the kids center and after picking them up I was told they were not able to play on the equipment in the back of the kids play area and were told they could only color however there wasn’t any paper for them to color on so they just sat there the whole hour I left them. Secondly, I made a reservation to play Pickekball and an older woman came to ask me if I had a membership and took my name and all my guests name, which was weird because she didn’t ask anyone else. Third time, I came back again 1 week later and had a Pickekball court reservation and she walked on our court in the middle of our Pickekball game and asked our names to make sure we’re members. At this point I was sure I’m being racially profiled because again she didn’t ask anyone else on any other court. Lastly, I took my 9 yo daughter to pepper in the “squash” room and was told I had to leave because volleyballs weren’t allowed in those rooms however I’ve been told by multiple staff members before it was fine as long as I’m not occupying a room that someone is actually trying to play squash in. No one is ever in those rooms when I’m there. At this point I decided to cancel because what am I paying for? Kids aren’t having fun and I’m being harassed every time I do anything besides walk a treadmill which I can do at home. Sick of this place. I spend too much monthly for a family of 5 to have this happen. Will find a gym membership somewhere else.

I’ve been a member for a year and one month now and now I can’t live without it. I joined because I had several gym memberships prior and it made more sense to consolidate to a gym that offered a little bit of everything. I think if you really want to make the most of your membership, the Signature Group Training is definitely worth it. I love GTX, Alpha, and maybe eventually I’ll like the UltraFit and MB360 😂. It’s good to know that there are classes above my level to reach for eventually! Highlights: -Trainers, they’re excitable and passionate and really push you. -Recovery items, I love the steam room, massage chairs, foam rollers, and all the other recovery items you get access to. -Cold Plunge, I hate it but I love it. -Cafe, the Mocha Madness protein shake is the best! Super thankful for all the staff here. Giving a special shoutout to Brooke at the front as well as coaches Matt, Tona, Gina, Sharon and Carolyn. These people have all helped me embrace a healthier lifestyle and losing 50 lbs since joining!

Derek has been really helpful since day 1 of joining. He's truly gone above and beyond to make an excellent first impression of this location. The cafe staff are really warm and helpful as well. I've had good experiences from staff here including my personal trainer Sophia who gave me a truly great smoothie recipe and has been very supportive in my workout sessions. Also had a good experience with Lisa who led a Root Yoga class. The cold plunge and sauna are some of my favorite amenities. Best of all is the convenience of the location.
