This was my first time putting my kids in daycare and this place has been truly AMAZING. It was nerve wracking because we had my babysitter watch them and was no longer able to watch them anymore. The first week I was nervous and but they reassured me and kept me in the loop about everything. The teachers, directors, everyone was so sweet and so good with my girls. I cannot thank this center enough for the hospitality and goodness. My 4 year old has expressed to me how much she loves this place. The reason why we left was because we moved to another city out of the way of Woodstock. I told her if we ever moved back towards this area we’d come back without hesitation. I would 100 recommend this daycare!! Thanks again for everything you’ve done for us.
Our family couldn't be happier with this daycare. We were lucky enough to get into the infant room on short notice after having a very bad experience at another daycare in Canton. I told the staff what happened at the other daycare with my 9 week old and they showed me and my family nothing but kindness and understanding. I was reassured by how the staff interacted,and still interacts, with my daughter. I can tell she enjoys being with her teachers by the big smiles she is always giving them. When the daycare had to close for an unexpected maintenance issue they called me at 9 pm the night before and worked with me to take my daughter to a sister location so I didn't have to miss work. All the staff are kind and helpful and as a first time mom is so helpful to get tips and guidance for my daughter as she reaches each new growth milestone. I recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a safe place for your child!
They are hands down the best KinderCare we have been to. We moved around the city a time two since my daughter started at at a different KinderCare at 6 months old and she is now 5 and a school-age student. All of the KinderCare locations have been awesome and she still brags about them, but this location feels like home. Ms. Angela and Ms. Amy are always kind and friendly. Mr. Jonathan is also a great example for the students and my daughter looks up to all of them so much. She always brings home good reports about them. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and inviting, my son has been to another center and was sick almost every week and since he's been going to Towne Lake KinderCare he's almost never sick because they're on top of the kids hygiene. I'm also amazed with what my son is absorbing in his classes. I love that they offer enrichment programs which have really helped my son. I'm so glad he's enrolled at this center!
We absolutely LOVE KinderCare in Towne Lake. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. Each teacher and staff member all the way up to the Director make it a priority to make sure they welcome you and wish you a great day, or night. Our child has loved each one of his teachers and gets so excited to walk in and see them! We absolutely love the kindness that the teachers share with the children and enjoy seeing them interact. We believe we could not have chosen a better place for our child. Seeing our child develop so well with what they teach in the classroom makes us so proud, and we really appreciate the care that is poured into each child. Towne Lake KinderCare is an absolutely wonderful place and we recommend it to everyone we know!
