The Sunshine House #55

Big shoutout to the Pre-K teachers Mrs. Anna and Mrs. Chris. They have been wonderful to my daughter, helped her thrive and do all great things. My daughter entered the school year shy, quiet and in a little cocoon, between the both of them they helped mold her into a confident strong fearless eager little butterfly to learn and have fun at school. The way they care and teach these kids and set them up for elementary school, kudos to them Always so great to me and my family, loved every chance I got to read to the class and see the excitement on their faces walking into the safe fun environment they provided ❤️

They have several turnovers of staff and more importantly they cannot keep a Center Director. Three directors in a matter of a year. They are unfriendly, bullying if they don’t like your child, horrible food, not properly secured facility for the children. The person that owns the facility only cares about the money. They won’t tell you anything going on with your child but will promote parents to put kids on meds for ADHD. If you don’t agree with that they will bully your child and do everything to kick them out.

We've been with Sunshine house for a year and a half now and our overall experience has been great. We have a younger child who's been attending since infancy and a school aged child who attends for summer camp. We implicitly trust the teachers with the health, safety, and welfare of our children. Both really enjoy the family like atmosphere and look forward to going to see their "friends" (the teachers). We really appreciate Miss Jess as director and Miss Barbara as asst director.. their leadership has created a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for our boys to continue to learn and grow.

Both of my kids have been enrolled at Sunshine House of Woodstock at Eagle Drive for over 5 years. We love the staff. My kids have a blast. They're older now, but they went through their Pre-K program and spent many summers attending their fun summer camp programs. I would recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE Dec 2024 : Even though my stars haven’t changed, I wanted to say again how much my family appreciates this Sunshine House location. My daughter LOVES going to school and I can tell that she’s loved on there. Ms Jessica and Ms Renee are such special people to her. Original :I have two children that attend Sunshine House — one in Pre K and one is 2 years old. I love the staff here and I love the way they greet my children each and every morning. Both kids love Sunshine House and I can tell that they’re well looked after every day. I would always recommend this location based solely on how sweet the staff is!
