Great gym especially for the price. They’ve done a really great job over the years updating the facility and moving equipment / weights around to provide ample workout “zones.” Love the sauna, turf area and treadmills.

I did a day pass and I think the facility itself sucks like it just feels very rundown. I feel like there’s nothing high-end about this LA fitness , the hand sanitizers are very limited, searching for them across the gym. I feel like the environment is very dull. I didn’t see anywhere if they had bosses posted anywhere. Surprisingly, I also didn’t see like a place to refill your water. I was honestly very disappointed just because LA fitness always has that high-end fuel when you’re going to their gems and this one was just not giving

I am writing to share concerns about a recent experience I had at your facility. Unfortunately, my interaction with front desk managers Artricia and Ryan was disappointing and did not meet the level of customer service I expect. I was attempting to purchase a day pass for my brother, who was visiting from out of town. Throughout the interaction, Artricia and Ryan were whispering to each other while assisting us and redirected us to another staff member, only for us to be sent back to them to complete the purchase. This created unnecessary confusion and made the process feel disorganized. During the transaction, Artricia answered multiple phone calls while assisting us, and Ryan did not step in to help expedite the process. When I asked for the district manager’s contact information to provide feedback, I was given the name Sam Sheivna. I have always understood La Fitness to prioritize superior customer service, which makes this experience particularly concerning. I hope this feedback can be used as an opportunity to provide additional training and reinforce the level of professionalism expected from individuals in management positions. LA Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms around. The club is always clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with equipment for every type of workout. The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about creating a positive experience for both members and guests. From the front desk to the fitness floor, you can feel the energy, accountability, and passion for health and wellness. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or pushing new goals, LA Fitness is a place that makes you want to show up and give your best every day. Highly recommend!

Been here for 10 years. The staff turnover is constant because the pay is terrible and there are no benefits, even for full time employees. (Only long term are a few contracted trainers and our wonderful Judy who tries single handedly to keep the place clean.). The dry sauna for the women has been broken for almost a year. The hot tub is Broken more than it works. The latest issue is the heater is broken, but was never vented properly . (20 years and not in compliance?) corporate doesn’t care as long as the payments are coming in. I suspect there is a bonus for unused maintenance funds, which keep things broken or repaired poorly, so they break again. They also allow teenagers to come in unaccompanied by an adult, some of them destroy the gym floor with food and drinks and let their friends in the side door. It is disappointing how poorly run this business is. The problems come from the top and we see the results as clients. Yes corporate has been contacted.
