My son attended Imagination for 3 months in the fall of 2021. We removed my son from the center because he was coming home with diaper rash almost every single week. The center blamed it on my son having sensitive skin. Strangely enough he had rarely ever had diaper rash before them and to this day still has rarely ever had diaper rash (let alone every week). My son also came home with a new illness every single week. I believe this is due to the toys/center being poorly cleaned. I even overhead the teachers outside laughing one day that a mouse was seen at naptime running across the floor and under pack and plays. These are the same floors that the infants in this room crawl across. The outdoor play area for infants and toddlers is entirely sand. The toys are old and sun damaged. My son also came home filthy everyday--his face covered in sand and boogers. It is only now that my son is in amazing care at another childcare center that I see how poorly managed and run Imagination Station is.
This is the best daycare I’ve ever used. It is clean and the teachers and well informed and good at what they do! The owners Heather are fantastic and prompt to answer any/all questions if I ever have any! I’ve used 2 other private daycares and this one is the best!
The imagination station is amazing my children always have fun there and are always well taken care of LOVE THEM !!!!!
