Abrakadoodle - City Of Smyrna - Tolleson Park

Nice park, big public swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball field, soccer and good wooded walking trail. The kids liked the playground because it was like an obstacle course, with a good pavilion next to it.

I love this park! Great location and the amenities are top tier. However, the soccer field needs a lot of love and maintenance. It has dirt spots where grass needs to be replanted. I am hoping they will fix this soon so we can enjoy the great spring/summer season!

As a frequent visitor to Tolleson Park over the past few years, I’ve noticed some areas that could use attention. The restrooms, in particular, could definitely benefit from some TLC and ideally a remodel to add more toilets. The hiking trails are a great feature, but the bridge over the creek is showing signs of wear and could also use some maintenance, along with some much-needed tree trimming in that area. On a positive note, kudos to the park management for starting renovations on the pool—it looks like a major improvement is underway. Also, the softball fields are very well maintained; the grass looks fantastic. It would be wonderful to see the same level of care extended to the soccer field, which is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from some upkeep. Overall, with a few key improvements, Tolleson Park could be an even more enjoyable and safe space for families, athletes, and anyone looking for some distraction or fresh air.

The playground is great and the atmosphere feels fairly safe even in the evening. Also very clean as well.

Park is in an amazing location. Well kept, clean, and always has something going on. Nice forest feel in a suburb. Sand Volleyball courts, softball fields, .5 mile walking loop, open grass field, and tennis/pickle ball courts. It's hard to find a better recreation spot.
