Honestly, this is a lovely Daycare! When I walked in first thing I noticed was how pristine and clean. I just moved to the area, and looked at a few centers and this one felt the most like home. I felt like I had my aunts and elder sisters around. My son A’yden has been home essentially seance Covid and he recently attended a school but we had to relocate. My son never used to tell me, I love my teachers. ❤️This is reassuring to hear, especially when leaving your child with those other than yourself. I was disappointed when they said they only accept 15 month olds. I am pregnant now and would love to have my infant enrolled with her bother. But that is seemingly the only downside. But we love the ladies either way!
My son came home with scratches on his chest and always dirty when I picked him up. I recommend people look somewhere else. Place is very small and sketchy. They don’t give you camera access so that’s already a red flag. Ms Tina always yelling at the toddlers.
Mr Andre is money hungry and don’t care about the needs of the kids or parents. I started my son there when he was 1 back in 2017 and then my kids stopped going due to the pandemic. The whole staff that was there before the pandemic quit. I was warned by them not to come back and I did anyway once the covid was lifted. The stories I heard was so wild but I refused to believe it was that bad. I’ve been back there not even a year and took my kids out. They don’t know how to handle difficult situations with the kids or parents. Don’t like to follow procedures. They call you for everything little thing simply because they don’t wanna deal with the child. Things always came up missing. They use other kids things for other children. Ironically my son always jumps out the high chairs which I don’t understand because if they are being supervised that shouldn’t help. They suspend toddlers for behavior which is outrageous. What does a toddle me know about suspension. When I brought up dcfs and how that’s not allowed they told me dcfs has nothing to do with their business although that’s how they get licensed and then quickly after I was given an apology. I lost my job because I was always being called. They do not care about the needs of the parent. It’s literally all about money. If your late by a couple days they will refuse your child. Even if you have always paid. Never behind a month. A week at most. When transferring my child out I asked for a copy of my child’s approval letter and was told they don’t usually hand them out. Which is a lie. I just got fed up with constant problems and complaints. And yes I snapped a few times because it gets aggravating trying to work and be a single mom and make it and then have to worry about my childcare. Don’t recommend.
Mr.Andre is awsome along with his staff. He truly cares about the children and not the money. The holiday events for the children and their families are amazing.
I love this place along with the staff, its more than a daycare its like a second family. I have 3 kids attending and they love everything about it, they learn new things everyday and have so much love and appreciation for their teachers.
