Management messed and security tells all your business to other tenants also neighbors nosey and they jealous hearted I brought a new truck and had a car both my vehicles tires was slashed 10x you get unexplainable violation notices and they unprofessional with neighbors bullying you about parking spaces so I decided to move when I been there 3yrs so now they want to say the stove dirty and blinds messed up and walls but I had new in there now they saying I owe $300 they need to pay for my tires

The apartments are beautiful BUT you are not allowed to change the locks, when you have a complaint about inconsiderate/ noisy loud neighbors idk if it's taken seriously. Mid lease they changed all the things that were love. And though I only stayed a year they do not give any explanation for the choices they make. I complained of someone having been in my Unit on numerous occasions- things were moved or missing, I believe they thought I made this issues up. But if you've lived somewhere you know where you leave things and if your privacy has been invaded!! So, while things are nice on the surface it's the underlining things that make you regret applying.

I guess no matter how clean you leave the place, they will somehow take money out of your security deposit, it’s unbelievable, the mistake I made was not taking pictures when I first moved in, I just wanted an apartment so I didn’t tell them about some of their old stuff I’m being charged for now,I lived in this place for almost 3 years, and they expect u to leave the place exactly how it was when you moved in,like seriously! how can u charge me $225 for kitchen counter top, $170 for carpet, $25 for blinds that cost $11, $20 to clean under cabinet. In total $420 was taken out of my security deposit free, I guess you guys plan on using people’s deposit to fix the apartment for the next person to move in, so the company loses on nothin,let’s be serious here, thank God I took pictures and have proof on how I left the place, normal wear and tear.

Don’t waste your time the staff is extremely RUDE and judgement, they have mediocre apartments and a bad neighborhood.. the lady ask me for 6 bank statements plus pay stubs I provided them all then she proceeded too tell me they need every page of transactions for every bank statement!!! Like lady why do you need too see what I spend my hard earned money on when I showing you the summary page of each statement!! CUT IT OUT yall is in Calumet city not Orland! Lmao

I’ve lived here with my family for 20 yrs now. Never had a problem with them. The apartments r beautiful and it’s very safe to move around because they have security driving around. They have amenities like laundry room, daycare and a recreational center for kids. And the neighbors r very friendly. The maintenance workers r very friends especially Aaron even though I heard he left. They always let u know ahead of time if there’s an inspection so u can prepare by leaving a note on your door. They r very respectful and I like that.
