T & J Child Care INC.

My kids have been going here for a little over a year now. It was so hard finding a daycare in the area that made me feel comfortable enough to leave my kids in their care. Once I had my tour I knew that this was the place for my kids to be. Mrs. Haynes the director is so understanding and treats the kids like her own. She also has wonderful staff. & My kids will continue to go here until they no longer can !

Horrible Mrs Haynes started out very nice and then her attitude got the best of her. She’s very demanding and wants things the way she wants them not the way they should be. She made me pay a deposit to keep my daughter on days she wasn’t scheduled until she got approved and then she kept my child for one day before she kicked my daughter out her daycare without giving me my deposit back. She’s all about money. I thought she was a genuine person but not so much. If Ms Chocolate or Ms Booker leave her she would be lost. Praying for a better outcome for other parents but my experience was not so good. Glad my daughter is somewhere where respect the parents and the babies.

The Staff is very kind, giving and helpful. The day care is very very clean and well maintained. Ms Haynes is hands on and well knowledgeable in policies and procedures in helping parents with keeping up on their DCFS documents and qualifications. Ms Haynes has gone out of her way to ensure the kids feel at home sometimes so much the kids ask to stay longer. Ms Haynes and her staff treat the kids with love and respect and provide exceptional security and day care educational criteria in making sure the kids are safe well fed and entertained. They also assist the kids in providing a quiet and calm environment ,when needed, for after school kids to ensure they are able to focus on their home work. I’ve witness kids who started with T&J child care when they were babies and returned as teenagers and young adults just to say hi and spend time with Ms Haynes and her long time staff members. I highly recommend this day care. The staff is structured to DCFS standards and requirements as to provide a productive and safe structure for the kids.

My kids, 4 and 8, have been a part of T&J for 2 years. My 4yo is testing at a 1st grade level because of the preschool program at this daycare. My son always comes home from after school with finished homework, and they are always happy to attend the program. I looked into about 5 other daycares before I found T&J and I was relieved at how easily my kids meshed with the other kids and the teachers/coordinator. Ms Haynes and Ms Chocolate are loving and attentive. Wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else for care!

Ms. Haynes, Mrs. Chocolate, Miss Deborah and Miss Tanya make an excellent childcare team. My kids go and come home clean and fed, and learn new things every day. The staff knows how to keep the children in line in healthy ways, they treat the kids as they would their own. Wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else!
