My daughter has been attending this before and after care program for about 6-7 months . My daughter was very shy at first but with the welcoming and family oriented energy they have along with the friendliness of the other children my daughter warmed up in almost no time ! Throughout the time we have been serviced here we did have a few issues with the constant change of management as a parent I started to get a little frustrated at the unprofessionalism of the first two directors but BABY then along came Ms.Jenelle !!!! I am oh so very grateful for her ! Whatever yall are paying her ? TRIPLE IT ! From the moment she took over I have noticed the change in the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the center , the new hires and current staff seemed a lot more organized , relaxed, professional, and even more welcoming . Ms Jenelle takes the time to speak to every parent as they come in or as they’re going out . She is never hiding in her office , she is always there for any questions or concerns, most importantly she never hesitates to let it be known through her words but also her actions and work ethic that she cares about the children and there safety. We appreciate you Kindercare Rosemont ❤️ way to go on the improvement and we love love loveeeee all the staff including Ms. Jenelle.

KinderCare Rosemont is truly a wonderful school! The staff are so caring, loving, and treat your child as if they were their own. The center is always clean, safe, and welcoming. From the very first day, I felt comfortable leaving my daughter in their care, especially with Miss Holly, Mr. Jones, and Miss Alex. My daughter absolutely adored them, and it was so clear how much love and care they gave back to her every single day. The summer program was full of fun activities that kept my 4-year-old engaged, learning, and excited to go to school. The staff constantly encouraged her, celebrated her achievements, and helped her adjust when things felt new or overwhelming. They even played music and sang to help her relax at nap time—it’s the little touches like that which make all the difference. Communication here is outstanding. I received daily reports and updates throughout the day on her activities, meals, and even bathroom breaks, which gave me peace of mind while I was at work. The food provided is healthy, kid-friendly, and clearly made with care—my daughter ate it all! Even the lunch staff greeted us with kindness every morning, making my daughter feel so special. Security is also top-notch. Every parent has their own code, and no one is allowed inside without proper ID or clearance. One day, my husband had to do pickup (which he rarely does), and the staff made sure to follow every safety procedure before releasing our daughter to him. As a parent, that kind of diligence is priceless. If I could give KinderCare Rosemont 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Mr. Jones—we will miss you dearly. Miss Holly, your passion for these little angels is amazing, and Miss Alex, thank you for keeping the kids so happy and entertained. This is by far one of the best schools we have ever been a part of, and I’m so grateful for the love and care my daughter received here.

Rosemont KinderCare is simply amazing! The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares about every child. My little one has grown so much here—learning, making friends, and coming home happy every single day. Highly recommend! 🌟

We have used Kindercare at Rosemont since January 2023 & the teachers are absolutely amazing to my two littles. Every person who we walk past greets our kiddos by name and says good morning. It warms my heart: There’s been a recent change in leadership at this location and it’s been absolutely transformative. We’re so grateful for the care our kids receive here.

Rosemont Kindercare is such an amazing daycare, they take such amazing care of my nephew. I love all of their teachers, always a positive place!
