What Parents Say
Steppin Stones Academy receives overwhelmingly positive feedback, with parents praising the staff's professionalism, patience, and ability to prepare children academically for kindergarten. Multiple families report significant developmental progress in their children's learning and behavior. One parent raised concerns about facility cleanliness and frequent illnesses.
My grandson is always sick when he come to this place. He was out for 2 weeks and as soon as he get back into day care he is sick. I don't think they are cleaning the facility at all. Went right back to the Dr. And they have him in pulmonary floor 8 at CHKD!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have been planning to move this neighborhood for a few months so I was looking for childcare in that area. As a parent it can be pretty nerve wracking moving your child from one provider to another particularly when they have been in one daycare their whole life. The staff was so patient and accommodating with me and took time on several occasions to answer my questions and address concerns. Whenever I stopped by the center was so quiet and the children were so well behaved. I even observed pre schoolers working on states and other subjects that really impressed me. I cannot wait to sign my toddler up. It is important to me that he attends childcare that is preparing him for kindergarten and this establishment left a great impression on me. 5 stars.
My wife and I have been sending our kids here since the 1st one was born in 2014 and our 3rd child is in her last year there before entering kindergarten next year. The staff has always been great with our kids from caring for them, preparing them for school, and getting them ready to handle real world situations. Our older kids acclimated quickly to public school despite the challenges of COVID and have always been top of their class. Our middle child even received a perfect score on the PALS-K Assessment. This organization has truly provided a great experience for our family.
This is a very reputable establishment. The staff is very diligent in providing excellent quality care for the children. That makes you feel comfortable leaving your children with an entity that you know is totally professional and will treat your children as if it's their own. Much Respect
Couldn't believe what I saw as I went into the shopping center. Kids, without coats - some without shoes, during a "fire drill" outside in 50 degree weather. Many kids were shivering, and I was in my place for about 10 minutes. They were out before I arrived and out after I left. A man who was in the same shop with me went to inquire to the oldest African-American woman. She started yelling loudly - we could hear her in the story. If she's screaming at an adult man and being that disrespectful, guaranteed she's screaming abuses at these kids. As someone trained with kids, myself, I had a really hard time witnessing this behavior. Send an adult back to collect coats and shoes. I know the kids are little, but that means they need more assistance and guidance. If my kid went here and i witnessed that, we would 100% be out of there and calling lawyers. How sad for these angels!!!
