HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! This daycare has been a horrible experience. Ms. Anna and Ms. Brenda show absolutely no accountability, and my child has come home with multiple unexplained bruises. When I brought up my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no real explanation or responsibility. This is unacceptable for any childcare environment where safety and trust should be the top priority. Do NOT enroll your children here if you value their well-being. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Update: unfortunately the denial and the gaslight that my child never attended says a lot about the establishment and people here. My son is no longer 3 years old and still has nightmares about this place. Please KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
My son was enrolled from 3 months old til 1 year and 4 months old and loved his teacher and other staff greatly. Always great care from the staff with extremely clean environment. Kids got to play outside when weather permitted. Healthy food cooked and served for the little and any behavior issues were brought to our attention and we resolved together. Example would be my son wanted to throw toys and hit and with proper help for us as parents and daycare we got that habit to stop. With being in the military we had to move but wish we could have stayed because of this daycare.
They take such good care of our baby! I love that she is able to grow there from as early as 3 months. We love her teachers/staff (and so does the baby), and they are always being crafty and working on development. I was so lucky to have came across this place and couldn’t have asked for a better day care for my baby. I know she is safe and well taken care of.
We've had our two kids at MADSBS for almost a year now, and we love it. Both our kids love going in everyday, and it's comforting to know they are safe and happy there. All the staff do a great job at communicating with us, and we love receiving the pictures they take. They always have fun activities planned for the kids, and my daughter always comes home showing us what she's learned. Our kids are truly thriving there. We are grateful we found Making a Difference!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff; we have never had any issues with any of the caregivers. We've been taking my daughter to this daycare for more than 2 years; always taking care of our little girl, with different activities, games and teachings… my baby is always eager to go in. Thank you all for what you do for our little ones.
