If I could give this place zero stars, I would! My grandson lost his mother, (my daughter) a few years ago. He has anxiety and severe separation anxiety from it. His counselor has been to this place several times and they would not work with us or do what she recimnended! He did bite one teacher and she pulled her hand back and act like she was going to hit him and she told another teacher that she did want to hit him! Since Calyn left, this place has gone down hill. Your child does NOT come first at this place! He did have one or two teachers who did try to help us. But basically, if your child bites or hits, (which basic child development says they will), then don't put your kid here. My grandson also was kicked in the face by another child and that kid was not kicked out? The classes were always mayhem, but there were too many kids for one teacher to handle! He had several regular teachers there that did try to help him, but when calyn left, the interim director and owner immediately started with threats of dismissal. How sad is that? . A little notice would have been nice OR maybe working with a child's counselor when asked?? Great disappointment in this place because he really loved it there. Thank you Prodigy for further traumatizing a young child who has already lost everything. Way to put HIM first.

I brought up some issues like clothes missing off my child, being over charged with bank card went to check, checks not being deposited for over two weeks, personal items like cups, pacifiers, blankets missing, and child being hurt with no incident report. Spoke to director, Jennifer, they have running both her locations and she was disrespectful and rude. I asked to speak to owner and I got same treatment. Owner Lisa kept interrupting me every time I would start to talk. Stated to me today would be my child’s last day and she doesn’t know what to tell me she will do what she wants. I informed her I will express how I was treated and she said go ahead cause it won’t hurt her business. This facility does not watch the kids the way it needs to be and has no concern about how the parents feel.

I had a problem with one of the teachers and how she treated the children. I watched her jerk a little boy on the playground by the arm and drag him to the wall (rougher than what I felt was necessary). Other instances happened with this teacher, things she would say to the kids like 'well push him back' or make jokes about their artwork, these are 2 year olds! I spoke with the director on numerous occasions and nothing was done about it. I loved his teachers in his previous class but after moving up to the next class with that awful young teacher I pulled him out immediately. I also had a problem with the unhealthy snacks. I mean snacks like cake, brownies, cookies; their regular meals aren't the healthiest either.

I agree with the other reviewer. I have a 3 year old and it was constant phone calls, incident reports, and always had to leave to go pick my child up or sit there and watch him. Then one day he got booted with no notice. Literally told me to come pick him up and good luck finding another day care. This was on a Wednesday. They have young staff watching these kids and it's very large class sizes. No issues at his old day care but here something was an issue every day. Avoid this place.

I am so happy with my experience thus far with prodigy 2, they truly care about having the kids engaged, learning, and having fun! I have seen first hand how Ms Jennifer and Ms Calynn actively work on making each class room even better than they already are. I am already dreading the day I have to move my kids since they will go to elementary school in another district :(
