I wouldn’t recommend sending your kids here! A very vindictive and unprofessional place. If incidents occur with your child you won’t be notified until the end of the day! No curriculum updates on what your child is learning. Lots of turnover with the staff. My child was bitten,scratched across face, never received a phone call about anything our child experienced! You will be lied to in your face in the preschool church! Get prepared to be dissatisfied. I watched my kid on camera asking to go to the bathroom and wasn’t taken. Margarita is a true gem there but owner is very rude!
This place is a JOKE! They are uneducated and unequipped. I informed this school BEFORE my son started that he had been through some recent trauma and had separation issues! They excepted him anyway. Once in daycare he started throwing fits and acting when separated from me. We got this under control after having to take off work and pick him up early because no one knew how to handle him. Last week we went all week wothout an incident. My son did great. TODAY, while at work I get a phone call that I need to come pick up my son. Again. I told the director/owner/pastor whoever she is that I could not come at that time due to work. So she threatened to call cps. Moments later i get a call from CPS !! They called cps on me for not taking off of work to go get him immediately! I picked my son up from the daycare within an hours time. But because it was not fast enough they literally called Child Protective Services and made a report on me!!!! When I picked my son up I told her how unprofessional and immoral that was and cps is for abused children and she still blamed me for her actions. I reiterate I PICKED MY SON UP WITHIN AN HOURS TIME OF GETTING THE PHONE CALL FEOM THE SCHOOL AND THEY CALLED CPS ON ME!! This school and this experience has been an absolute nightmare! With that being said, MRS margarita who works here is AMAZING! She was the only one with any patience for me son and even took time to spend with him one on one. She deserves to be recognized. Crossroads was an Amazing experience for my daughter. Unfortunately we had to relocate due to my job, but I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group. Ms Margarita (I hope I spelled that right), made a lasting impact on our family and is someone my daughter definitely misses. This is a place you can feel safe and secure with your children's care as the entire staff are wonderful!
The people here are amazingly loving and kind. Even more, I love how God is growing this church in the power and might of His Spirit.
