The staff is poorly trained in handling the children. My daughter was bullied constantly and reports were never made nor was I ever alerted until my daughter had told me. When addressed they decided to punish my daughter by removing her from the program. Not that I want her in a program where the adults allow the students to harm each other but its still the concept that these people do not care. They have now been reported to the state for neglect.
High turn around in teachers and management. Teachers don't seem trained in dealing with school-aged kids. They don't provide lunches, only snacks on non-school/summer days.
