I had a fantastic experience renting with Enterprise. I rented two vehicles — a 2025 Honda Civic Sport and a 2025 Nissan Altima — for 15 days, and everything was smooth, convenient, and affordable. Customer service is clearly their top priority. The team was extremely attentive and accommodating, making sure every request was handled quickly and professionally. Communication with the manager was easy, and having 24/7 support gave me great peace of mind. Both cars were brand new, spotless, comfortable, and smelled fresh. I’m very particular about vehicles, so I really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and overall condition. The delivery and pickup service was especially convenient and made the whole process effortless. I will definitely continue renting from Enterprise in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable cars and outstanding customer service.

You know those companies with insanely long contracts full of fine print, where they rush you to sign so they can take your money—and your soul? Yeah… that’s this company. They don’t treat you like a human being. You’re just a number, a signature, and a transaction. The employees seem like they’re only there to clock in and clock out—no passion, no sense of mission, no genuine care. Just fake smiles and scripted kindness. They don’t care what you’re dealing with or why you’re there; they don’t even really see you as a person. This is a car rental business, which means most customers are people in need. There should be some level of compassion, patience, and understanding. Unfortunately, that’s completely missing here. Here’s what happened to me: The night before renting, my wife and I called to confirm exactly what we needed so we could come prepared. We were told clearly what was required. The next morning, we showed up with everything—only to be told they don’t accept my card, even though it’s a Visa. The night before, they said they accept all Visas. If you don’t accept all Visas, then don’t tell people that you do. That’s misleading, plain and simple. I stayed calm, gathered my things, and left, understanding that mistakes happen. I figured I’d double-check everything and come back fully prepared. Fast forward a week later: I return with everything they told me I needed. And suddenly—there are new problems with my documentation. Now it needs to be “a certain way,” something that was never explained beforehand. I have a life. I’m married. I have kids. I don’t have time for constant back-and-forth when I’m spending my hard-earned money. Business is a trade—money exchanged for service—and this place does not offer honest, efficient service. Bottom line: Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and want to deal with people doing the bare minimum, I do not recommend this place. My experience could—and should—have been much better.

**Update on 09/10/2025** It has been a while since I needed a rental car, and now that time has come again. I chose Enterprise because of the professionalism of their staff. While there are some new faces, all employees uphold the same high standards, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, I initially selected a car without knowing how it would drive until I was already on the road. It has not been a good experience for me. I am accustomed to driving a hybrid with six cylinders, and this four-cylinder car is quite rough. It shakes and rattles while driving, and it honks whenever someone walks close to the front of the vehicle. Sometimes, when I stop at a stoplight, it feels like the engine shuts down and then restarts itself. It also smells like someone had smoked in the car before. I reached out to the staff via text no response. I followed up with a phone call and informed my agent of the issues, and asked if I could stop by and trade for a different one. She said, she does not have anything right now. She said that she will call me back on Friday. No phone call and I used the car till the following week and returned it. This time around my experience of renting at this location got me thinking. I may choose a different location that has a bit more selection the next time. =========== Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the go-to place for rental cars. I interacted with multiple associates both over the phone and in person, and everyone was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. **The People Who Represent Enterprise:** I spoke with Jules on the phone, and she was fantastic! I met her in person today. Earlier, my wife was assisted by Lily, a Management Trainee, who was also wonderful. I was curious about why everyone is so professional, and I learned that all customer-facing staff members are university graduates holding bachelor's degrees. That certainly explains their level of service! **Car Selection:** There is a limited number of cars available during this time of the week. However, Lily worked diligently to secure the SUV my wife needed. Since I worked from home today, my schedule was a bit more flexible, allowing me to stop by again with my wife to pick up the SUV. She received a vehicle similar to a Lexus SUV that is currently in the shop for repairs at Carstar. I want to give a shout-out to Lily and her team for doing an excellent job taking care of customers like us.

Renting the car was quick and easy. The front desk was incredibly kind and took the time to walk us through everything. She explained all the details clearly and I had no issues with the vehicle at all. I was able to drive it everywhere I needed without any trouble. Returning it was just as simple. I’d choose Enterprise again. Overall, it was a good experience.

To rent clean and newer vehicles, I work with and recommend Caleb, Chelsea, Kalile, Alexis, at Enterprise Federal Way, Wa. I usually drive SUV’s. Here I enjoy trying a variety of vehicle styles. Whether an Audi Q5, Mercedes, Silverado truck, Jeep or Jetta, all have been great driving experiences. Availability based on returned autos, flexibility, patient @checkins. The location is convenient & secure (video cam’d). Their professional staff are quick in a patient and kind way. Recently sorted a booking overlap and I drove away in an upgrade. I recommend Enterprise for your vehicle needs.
