Our daughter has been at this La Petite three years now, since she was four months old. The teachers and staff are attentive, kind and caring. Many of the teachers and staff have been here the whole time we have been here which has helped our daughter to bond with them and experience consistency. We love the SproutAbout app - it allows access to live stream cameras so we can see what our daughter is doing throughout the day, the teachers add photos and notes about activities throughout each day, and we use it for scheduling updates and messaging with staff. Some other things that stick out for us - They open at 6 am which works well with our schedules. Each room after the infant (0-1 years old) room has a bathroom to facilitate potty training. When we potty trained, we were fully supported and accommodated at daycare. They bring in fun extracurricular activities. We’re incredibly grateful for this daycare!
Both my sons are learning so much at this daycare. The teachers are fantastic. I want to highlight how amazing the staff has been regarding my son's potty training. It is a challenge, but knowing I have their support and patience makes a huge difference. It is also reassuring to see their dedication to ongoing training and how consistently they follow the curriculum in their weekly planning. While I would love to see more formal parent conferences, this is balanced by the fact that the teachers are always open, interactive, and available to discuss any challenges or developmental milestones day-to-day.
I’m not even sure where to begin with how grateful we are to have found this La Petite for childcare. My daughter has been here since the infant room and is now in the preschool class, and throughout the years we’ve seen nothing but consistency in both staffing and education. It gives us so much peace knowing how much she enjoys her time with the other kids and how deeply she loves her teachers in every classroom she’s been in. They have supported her development in more ways than I can count, and we truly credit so much of her growth and advancements to the care she’s received here!
My twin boys have attended this location since they were 12 weeks old, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff and director are exceptional and truly care about the children. Our boys are thriving and consistently meeting milestones above their age level, which we greatly attribute to the structure, care, and dedication of the team. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they do.
La Petite Academy in Federal Way has been wonderful for both my preschooler and my infant! The teachers are caring, patient, and attentive. My preschooler has learned so much and loves going every day, and my baby is always happy and well cared for. The staff communicates great, and the school feels safe and welcoming. We’re so thankful for the amazing team at La Petite!
