My child has been attending this center for three years, and our experience has been wonderful. The staff are well-equipped and attentive to my child’s needs. The center is accessible and always clean. The curriculum for each age group is thoughtfully designed around the developmental needs of the children. The staff are responsive and quick to address any concerns. Overall, this center provides a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for my child.
My son has been attending this center for 2 years this month. I am so glad I chose this center they truly care about my son. He started when he was 2 he is going to 4 this month and he is so smart he knows more than a normal 4 year old and he started being that way a last year. The first year I didn’t see much of a difference but there was a change in directors and I saw a HUGE change in him. The director and assistant director are very organized, kind and all of the teachers take time to get to know the kids. We actually moved but I don’t will not take him out of such a great place and a place he absolutely loves to go everyday. The drive everyday is worth the care he is getting. They have been amazing during this pandemic and take extra precautions to make sure our kids are safe . If you are looking for a place to take your kiddos I highly suggest this center they are amazing and I appreciate them so much!!!
We really have appreciated the care my daughter has received at KinderCare Redondo . She was watched by grandparents and they have helped us through the transition to Daycare. My daughter needed medication given 6 times a day due to illness and I was hoping for them to give two doses and they called and asked if they can give her a 3rd because they saw how much better she felt after receiving the medication. Yesterday I even got pictures to show me how my daughter was doing! I appreciate all the communication and support they give my daughter!
The staff here is not very attentive with the parents. I left my infant here and notice there was only one teacher in the room with more than 4 babies. It was too much for her to handle…. Not to mention that there is more staff in the front office but you can clearly notice they don’t step in to help…
A new director took place this week and I will say her and her assistant are happily running the place into the ground. They discriminated against my son and said they never even seen him in the roster when his name is clearly on the sign in, and told me he can't come back because she removed him and put him on a waiting list. Like they expect me to quit my job and school or something. Then I to write a formal complaint because right after that she pulled me aside and made accusations that I was talking bad about her to all the employees because they all told her this. Then used my daughter as a tool telling me she have her removed over it. Turned out her new little sidekick thought she could run her mouth in the situation when I was already planning on filing a complaint. Then I said forget it, and wrote corporate on every situation so they can have fun talking with them about it instead.
