La Petite Academy INC

Both of my children attended this La Petite.. from babies until they were ready for kindergarten!! Everyone really felt like family! My children were loved and taken such great care of! It was so sad to have to say goodbye because my kiddos out grew their stay! :) Ms. Ann, Megan, Jen, Brittany, Rita..oh my gosh there is many more.. literally everyone was the best!

Do not recommend this daycare at all. Worst experience. My two year olds teacher was very fake when sending updates and speaking to you in person, but if you actually watch the live feed on the cameras, you could see her losing her patience with kids, ignoring others, grabbing and yanking at their arms and pulling them, or pushing them back onto the wall to line up with the other kids. I witnessed the teacher trying (more like forcing) to put my son to sleep by rocking him back and forth in her arms, but he was very visibly upset, and the teacher then put him back down and tossed the blanket over his Face!!! While he was still crying!!! And the teacher even glanced up at the camera (I assume she realized that she probably would have been in frame of the camera for the live feed) Very unprofessional! don't even understand how 1 teacher is supposed to care for 10 kids at once. It's ridiculous. How are new kids supposed to get eased into this kind of environment, especially if they are an only child and coming into a huge place with so many kids and the teachers aren't able to give attention and care to each one as they should. My son cried everyday before school and never looked forward to going to this daycare, I had no other option at the time when I had him in here because I had just got a new job and this was the closest daycare to me. But the day I saw that situation with the teacher treating my son like trash I took him out of there immediately. I also didn't appreciate how management handled the situation and the teacher gaslighting me and downplaying the situation. I wish I could have screenshot all the things that I would see happen to other kids and my own, but it's not allowed. I should have got the police involved. I don't recommend this place at all.

hard pass. The customer service in this place is atrocious. I had a tour scheduled and I took off of work and there was no one there to give it when I tried to call back. I was passed around a call center. No one was helpful whatsoever. I will definitely not be enrolling my child here if this is how the customer services in the beginning, I can only imagine how it is once they're enrolled.

We participate in the drop-in care, so we don’t come often, but every time we do, we’re impressed! The teachers and director Ann are fantastic!! Communication is always clear and timely, and it’s evident that everyone genuinely cares about the children at this childcare center - thank you team La Petite Academy 😊

I wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with La Petite Academy - Federal Way South. We recently started our 2 year old son at this daycare after a traumatic time at a previous facility, and I cannot express how grateful we are for the incredible care and support we've received here. From our first meeting with Assistant Director Itzy to the compassionate interactions with Director Ann, and teachers such as Ms. Elena, Ms. Inas, Ms. Leslie, and Ms. Yessi, every moment at this daycare has been exceptional. Leadership at this school has done a truly exceptional job fostering a positive and uplifting culture where teamwork, kindness, and loving care is the standard. The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure our son's safety and well-being during this transition, showing him the compassion, love, and kindness he needs. In just a week, we've seen amazing progress in our son's development - from learning colors to adapting quickly to the daycare routine. The Sprout About app's live video feed and regular updates have given us peace of mind and a way to stay connected throughout the day. I have been impressed by the dedication of the leadership team, who are always present in the classes, supporting both the children and the teachers. It's clear that they are deeply committed to creating a nurturing environment for everyone. Our experience at La Petite Academy - Federal Way South has been nothing short of wonderful, and I only wish we had started our son here sooner. I can't recommend this facility, its teachers, and leadership enough. We look forward to continuing this positive journey with them.
