We had New Generations replace the 20 plus year old roof on our house. I dealt with Shane and Brandon to get the job set up, and Luis and his crew the day of the job. It took less than five days from the meet and greet to the finished product! This was a completely painless experience! Shane new his stuff regarding how my insurance worked and what was and was not covered. He and Brandon both answered my fifty million questions about the plan via text and phone calls. Luis and his crew were the epitome of professional. They arrived at 7 am and got right to work. They were friendly and easy to approach to ask questions. I can't recommend these guys enough!
Tom and Nick were so helpful from the first phone call till the roof completion and beyond. I was clueless about what steps to take after realizing i have a leak in my roof. I was scared i would have to a huge expense but they were able to walk me through putting a claim in with my insurance company since it was covered. The roof is beautiful and has an amazing warranty.
