Bell Creek Child Development Center

WE LOVE BCCDC!! We enrolled our son (at 1 1/2 years old) and we couldn't be happier! His first teacher, Ms. Carmen, was AMAZING! So loving and patient and attentive. She is kind, and you can really tell she loves her job. She is SO good with the kids. Our son recently turned two and then moved up to a different toddler class. He now has Ms. Porsha! She is also SO AMAZING! She is funny and super sweet and the kids really love her. She is very attentive and always makes sure to let us know any big/small detail she thinks we should know about our son's day. Some days our son needs a little extra TLC in the morning at drop off, and they never hesitate to give it. Our son is always welcomed with hugs and extra snuggles until he is ready to start his day! The best part is that my son is so comfortable and trusting in his teachers and that makes it easier on my husband and I while we are at work. The head director, Ms. Kathy is also AMAZING!! She is also very attentive and warm. She remembers and calls the children (and adults) by name, which makes you feel more welcomed and apart of the school. She is GREAT with communication. If I send her an email asking certain things, she is great with finding the answers and responding in a very timely manner. It makes me so happy when it is time to pick up our son and he is smiling from ear to ear. It's great knowing he has had such a great and fun day! Their parent-teacher communication is great and always open. We are very happy with BCCDC!!

Bell Creek Child Development Center (BCCDC) epitomizes what child care should represent. My daughter has attended for 8 years, and we regard everyone associated with BCCDC as family. There is tremendous longevity of the management staff and the teachers which ensures consistency and camaraderie, but they always introduce new programs to help grow the children. The children are exposed to many facets of age appropriate education, including fitness, health and wellness, and good eating habits. Numerous activities include an introduction to music, dance, karate, and many educational and fun field trips. The Pre-K program is outstanding and made my daughter's Kindergarten year a very easy and smooth transition to elementary school. There really aren't enough words to express how outstanding they are!

Please do not send your child to Bell Creek Child Development Center. The director and assistant director are rude, condescending, unprofessional, and are not concerned with the best interest of the children in their charge. If you want negligently poor customer service, sign up with this day care!

I would have to rate our experience with this facility a -5. You will always be asked for your payment but you rarely, if at all will here admin hold inadequate, abusive staff accountable. KNOW WHO IS TEACHING /TOUCHING your kids. it will save you a world of heartache later. The school didn't hold you accountable but God will.

Excellent daycare! Staff really cares about the kids. We have been going there for 8 years now and everyone has become like family.
