We've been sending our kids to Milestones since our daughter was born in 2018. Our third will start later this year after he's born. We genuinely love the facility and the staff there, I've never felt the least bit uncomfortable leaving my children in their hands. Any feedback I've had regarding my children's care has been minor and met with immediate action and enthusiasm. My daughter loved it so much that I struggle to get her to leave when we pick up little brother in the evenings.
We are so lucky to have found such a caring, wonderful place to take our kids for daycare. It is so hard to leave your children when they are 3 months old but Milestones goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are loved and cared for while we are at work. The teachers treat the kids as if they are their own. Not only do they give top notch care but I can honestly say my kids impress me every day with how much they have learned in their care as well. I could not say enough good things about this daycare.
Both of my children have been going since they were infants and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and both directors. For the past 3 years they have done great with both of my children and are very active with crafts, pictures and making sure everything is updated on the app. 5/5 recommend!
We started at milestones about 3 years ago and i cannot speak highly enough about the facility and the staff! We took my son at just 4.5 months old 30 days after he had open heart surgery. The staff was beyond accommodating to ensure he was properly cared for during his recovery and he is not turning 3 years old and still attends. I will add that we drive 40 mins to go specifically to MLC because of the care they give. My daughter started there at 3 months old and is now 7 months old and again, top notch care. The director is SUPER caring about all the children and there are a handful of teachers that TRULY go above and beyond. We will continue to go to MLC for as long as we can and as long as it makes sense because we truly feel like they care for our kids as if they are family.
