I absolutely love this daycare! I’ve always been scared and nervous about sending my child to a daycare, but I fell in love with Love N Laughter the 1st day I came to look around. The children are always hugging the teachers and especially Ms. Donna! She is an absolute Angel! She works soo very hard to love each and every child that attends there, and she tries her best to make every parent feel safe and relaxed knowing their child is in excellent care! Ms. Donna is very down to earth and will help you with anything! I am truly blessed to have such an amazing woman as herself and her staff to love my child like their own!

Love N Laughter is a great place to bring your child! My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 5 months old! The staff has always loved and cared for my child as if she was theirs. I always feel so comforted when I drop my daughter off. She is in the best hands! My daughter is raised beside GOD and Jesus at home and & at daycare. I appreciate Mrs. Donna help raising my child beside the Lord. I love this daycare & and I recommend to anyone!

This daycare is awesome!!! The staff are women who love the Lord and it reflects on how the kids are being treated. My grandsons go here and I can tell a major difference in our oldest grandsons behavior since he has been going here. He is more respectful and is developing better manners and listening skills. So thankful to know that my grandsons are being taken care of while their parents are at work.

Absolutely adore Love n Laughter! Mrs. Donna is so wonderful. This daycare is making such a huge difference in our kids lives. They are kind, patient and caring. We are so thankful that they have been like another family to our boys. All of the teachers are so attentive! We absolutely love this daycare and these people. 🩵

My wife and I put down a deposit back in December and were told our then unborn child should have no problem starting in September. A month ago when my wife called to check in with 3 months to go, they had no idea who we were. We were told Ms Donna was out and that’s who would have to figure this out. This was not communicated in a friendly or professional tone. The person talking to us came off as nothing less than irritated and frankly hostile to the point it left my wife in tears and panicking. Day cares often have 6 months to a year wait at least. When I called back to get further clarification as to what exactly happened and when we could expect to hear back I was treated the same. We did then get a follow up a couple days later telling us they were working on it and then a call from Ms Donna a couple days after that. Apparently the deposit doesn’t save your spot but the application does. This was not communicated when they took our deposit and could not be assumed as the application requires information about our child we did not have as he had not been born yet. She apologized and explained she was having a serious family issue and that was where the delay and confusion came from when we called. I fully sympathize with that. However we were told to submit the actual application and after doing so to text a picture of it to a number provided. We did so. Despite the email submission and texting a copy, we have not heard back weeks later. We were lucky that another place we put a deposit on just in case had an opening and we will be going with them. The entire experience has left an exceptionally bad taste in our mouths. If you are willing to take our money, you should be willing to help resolve our issue that was caused be your own lack of communication and professionalism.
