Love BBM Leaphart and it's staff. My youngest has been with the bbm family for over a year and he's so loved and thriving. I've always been able to talk to management and staff about our needs or just catching up. They have THE best staff. We're gonna miss Ms Leigh and all the ladies in the Infant l and ll rooms. My 7 yr old also was a student here in 2021. He still ask to go back everyday❤️

My son started at 6 weeks old, and the ladies in the infant room are amazing! I love how they keep me posted about what he does throughout the day, and send photos of him. The ladies in the front office are amazing as well, and very helpful with any questions you may have.

We have been with BBM Leaphart since October 2022 and Collin, who is now in their 4k class, loves his teacher, SiSi, and the front office management team of Tracey, Brittany, and Crystal. SiSi keeps him on track, makes sure that he understands what is expected of him, and loves him like he’s her own. We just started my 3 month old there, and the ladies in the baby room, Leigh, Brooke, Coreen, and Cara took him in and made me feel better than okay to go back to work without worrying. They’ve always been kind to us and treat my sons like family. I can’t say enough about BBM Leaphart. They’ve made my first time mom experience so much easier because I can truly trust them with my little guys. I can’t thank them all enough for the amount of growth and development my oldest has gone through while at BBM Leaphart and will 100% back them up!

Biggest mistake ever trusting this facility. With in 2/3 months of being there my 2.5 year old son has been bite at least 3 times with marks and bruises. Only one time were we told about it. Lord knows how many more times he has been bite. The next time I’ll start looking into child endangerment case. There are some good staff members and some absolutely horrible I picked up my son once in the 3 year old room, they were outside. Only one adult with all the kids. The adult was on her phone paying no attention at all, to the fact I walked out side got my son and left and she had no clue I was even there. Again child endangerment issues Now recently there was an outbreak of stomach bug. You’d think they send out a mass email warning everyone. Nope not a word

We were in a bind about a year ago and needed child care. Ms. Tracey was awesome with securing us a spot for our son. We enjoyed our time at this daycare, however there were some issues. Majority of the staff was pleasant and friendly, but some were not. We did have a few issues in the toddler classroom with the staff. I do not want to mention the situations online, but management was aware. I know they had meetings to correct the issues, but I still did not feel comfortable with our classroom. We've switch daycares and no longer at this location.
