What Parents Say

I strongly recommend. Seriously what can I say about this preschool. I am just beyond impressed with the quality of care that these women give to these kids. Most daycare workers are so iffy and rude. But these ladies here you can really tell they love our children like their own. I’ve read the reviews but it didn’t deter me from going. And I’m so glad I did. My lil boy has advanced so much since being in their 4k program and the teacher is so sweet. He loves A&A and gets mad during the weekend because he can’t go. ❤️❤️
My son was attending here since March 2017 he always been sick always had a fever it was so crazy. The owner is very rude to people act like this is the only Daycare someone can afford. I just felt like my son did not need to be there anymore due to poor management and poor cleaning. Than you still have to pay if your child is sick and that's understandable but my child been sick every other week so basically I was wasting money and time by my child being there. She would not even give me break. So honestly I would not prefer this daycare to anyone unless you want your child to be sick every other week and the owner Arlene gets mad when you ask her questions about things but she claim if you have a problem bring it to her attention but when you do she gets up set and try to raise her voice at you so they will not get no money from me.
Don’t get me wrong, this place has a lot of potential. But it’s under staffed, they decide they’re going to close due to cleaning or “the weather” at the last minute which is an inconvenience to parents. They suspended my 2 year old on multiple occasions when she picked up behavior from one of the kids who was there. They lost my child’s vaccine exemption paperwork and then gave me a deadline to get another one when they’re the ones who lost it. The child care providers change up too often and most of them look like they don’t even want to be there. I believe this is a center for older elementary school children, not toddlers.
Yesterday they lost my son's jacket or gave it to another child by mistake so I gave them a chance to see if they could locate it. Today I go to drop them off and Ms. Vanessa, I believe she's the manager but I proceed to ask about the jacket stating that I need to be reimbursed if it isn't found. she tells me that my child did not have a jacket on when he came to school yesterday morning and that there is no way possible they lost it or gave it to another child. I told her to watch the camera and you would see my son standing there in a lime green jacket. She then says the director will call me. Then one of the teachers jumps in with a nasty attitude because I'm upset about my child's jacket being lost all while rolling her neck at m. I'm all for understanding that people make mistakes but let's take some accountability for these things.
Had a check to give them for registration for someone and they said they only take cash. Smh only scammers
