As a parent, I was very disappointed to hear the director speaking negatively about a child who has hand, foot, and mouth disease and referring to it as “disgusting.” That kind of language is completely unacceptable, especially in a childcare setting where compassion and professionalism are expected. Every child deserves to be treated with care and respect, regardless of their health situation.
The Centerville location new manager is a pleasure to work with. He was attentive and made sure I was taken care of as well as my kids. The teachers and staff are amazing as well. I recommend any parent who wants a safe environment for your kids to try Learn with Me Academy, It’s the best place to take them. Highly recommended!! Job well done on Customer Service at this location.
Understaffed. They let kids (teacher’s kids(s) only) open the front door to let strangers in from a busy parking lot. Other residents smoking weed outside the door no questions asked. Favoritism at its finest in regards to the students. All these issues and if not more have been addressed and yet, for ALL of my concerns to be unprofessionally dismissed. They condone bullying between children but not speaking up. Things are so upside down here. First it was good but when it comes to older children they just seem inadequate to handle. This daycare in my opinion is only good for infants, if that at all. Such a shame.
I have two children, that vary in age, that attend Learn with Me Academy at the Centerville location. To say that we love it there, is an understatement. The cleanliness of the facility is always above par. My daughter loves the activities as well as the outside time they provide. However, above those things, we absolutely love the staff. While I am at work, I have peace of mind that my children are being cared for and loved. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Learn with Me Academy!
Best daycare ever! Love the center and their staff! Teachers really engage the children! My son has gone here sine he was about 9 months old and still does after care now that he is school age. Highly recommend
