They don't give rates over the phone nor have a website with the rates listed. They would only give me the rate if I came in person. For a parent working full-time, I don't have the luxury to drive around getting rates from daycare. Than the lady on the phone went on to say, the other reason she wouldn't give out rates, she has had people call to play pranks, to assume every customer calling is out to prank them is very poor customer service.
MS. LAURA AND STAFF ARE VERY POLITE. ALWAYS CLEAN WHEN I GO IN. MY CHILD IS WELL CARED FOR.
