I enjoy the exercises that are offered daily. I love Tony’s strength and conditioning class. Tony is AWESOME, a very knowledgeable and uplifting instructor who motivates you. The class is full of wonderful people. If you want a family friendly exercise class to join… you should try this class on Monday Wednesday and Friday at noon. (you won’t be disappointed)
I moved to Lake Wales from Manatee County several months ago and was very pleasantly surprised when I joined the LW YMCA. The pool is super clean, the staff is friendly, the gym is awesome, the fee is cheap, and all of the classes are first rate. I love all the group exercise classes, especially Tony's noon strength and conditioning class. I try to make this class every chance I can because it's easy to do and yet gets major results. I'm already seeing more stamina, more definition, more balance, more strength and more fun! Tony makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. His positivity is simply energizing and life-reinforcing.
Tony's strength and conditioning class is outstanding. He is motivating, encouraging, and has a great sense of humor. There is no doubt one would feel better in so many ways after attending his classes. Come join us. We are like family.
Love the YMCA daycare center . Been having my son in the program since he turned 1. Staff is friendly & welcoming every morning . My son is now 4 and as soon as my daughter turned 1, she was also enrolled . I’ve seen staff come and go and are truly missed . My kids & I specially love our Alma , who has been there since the beginning. Ms .Courtney & Ms. Iris are also loved by my kids . Thank you ladies for all you do .
