Inconsistent hours one day it will be this time next week it will be a different and if you say anything you will no longer have a daycare! Bipolar is the word! Then says teachers don’t want to be working all day the whole summer I’m only open because you needed a daycare when other kids are going there. When you have a conversation for the third time about it you no longer have a daycare! If they close you get a day notice that’s it! For teacher appreciation day they closed that day at 10/11 am so the teachers can have fun…. If you don’t want to work say so simple! Worst management ever!!
