With having a daughter on the spectrum I was very nervous about putting her into daycare (5yrs), I am blown away by our teacher MS.HEAVEN! The name is a perfect fit as she has been such a blessing to our family! She has the best classroom including a calm corner and my daughter cries when I pick her up because she doesn’t want to leave. She’s thriving in her classroom. I get daily pictures and updates and she even does educational work and projects. We have seen such a positive change in her communication, independence and cognitive skills. I am so happy with our teacher! 10/10!
I wouldn’t even give a one star rating, went in for a tour and highly disappointed in seeing how the teachers managed the classroom and how disgusting it was. There wasn’t a single inch clean in the center. When asked important question about an early achievers rating the “assistant” director couldn’t even answer a simple question. Following up with excuses, the “good” ratings about this center is what lead to me to try to reach out and check it out. Please don’t believe this is a 4 star rated childcare center. Stay clear of this center, so many state regulations were violated through out the tour that is was noticeable. Watched a book shelf fall on a child while talking to the person in charge and the teacher in there had no clue what was happening until I pointed it out. I wouldn’t trust these people with my child’s life. They hire anybody off the street it looks like and throws them into a classroom.
Ms.Heaven does a wonderful job I appreciate her for always caring for my child. I would highly recommend others to joining her classroom. We enjoy!! 10/10
I’ve had 3 kids in this center and got to know the teachers and love them! My kids went to this center for about 4.5 years. I love the art work my kids would bring home and the pictures and videos I was able to see daily.the reports through out the day on the app are awesome and helpful too! The director and assistant are amazing also anytime I had an issue they were on top of fixing it or figuring it out!
The staff is great! Lizette was my son’s teacher and she always made him feel comfortable, safe and took great care of him. Congratulations on your bundle as well!! Alyssa, the director always made me feel at ease leaving my child and would at anytime talk with me about any concerns and address them immediately and with professionalism.
