My daughter attended this daycare for about a year and a half. The teachers were caring and loving, and I always felt comfortable leaving her in their hands. This is a faith-based daycare, and my 3-year-old learned many Bible stories—sometimes she even knew them before I could tell her! The space is not very large, but it didn’t affect the teachers’ teaching or the children’s learning. Overall, it’s a good place, especially for families who value a faith-based environment.

I would just like to say thank you Harvest Ministries Daycare for a job well done with our grandkids. Thank you for accepting them. They have grown and learned so much. It gives us a piece of mind when we drop them off because we know that they will be taken care of. Your daycare is very structured and the teachers are very loving and professional. I chose Harvest Ministries after calling and touring every preschool in this area. While visiting, I immediately knew HM was where I wanted my child to be. The staff are professional, understanding, considerate and kind. I don’t worry if my child is okay when I drop them off. Everyone on staff is extremely communicative and happy to accommodate your child’s need. If you’re looking for a second home for your son or daughter, Harvest Ministries is the place! I’m so happy I chose HM, and yes, I recommend them to every parent.

Harvest Ministries has been such a blessing for my family. My son Emmett started attending at just 4 months old, and my boys Grayson and Gavin also went there for over a year. We eventually had to leave because we moved to Chesapeake, but I continued making the 45-minute drive for as long as I could because Harvest Ministries truly treated us like family. I never once had to worry about Emmett’s safety or care—he was always loved, nurtured, and supported. This week, after six months of researching and visiting over a half-dozen schools, we finally enrolled Emmett somewhere closer to home. On his very first day, within 30 minutes, the director called me to say he was too advanced for the 2-year-old class and immediately moved him up to preschool with the 3- and 4-year-olds. I told them I give full credit to Harvest Ministries for the strong foundation and growth he has today. That speaks volumes about the love, care, and teaching they provide to children. I will always be grateful for everything Harvest Ministries has done for my kids and for the peace of mind they gave me as a parent. They will forever hold a special place in our hearts. ❤️ I highly recommend Harvest ministries and ALL of the staff.

Though we were only there for 8 months I cannot praise this place enough. No matter your walk, if you desire care and genuine investment into your kids this is the place to be. Our kids were safe and we loved the feedback on how our kids learned and grew. Thank you guys so much ❤️
