Childtime Children'S Center - Kiln Creek

As a parent of two children attending this child care center, I can say with complete confidence that it has been one of the greatest choices we’ve made for our family. Both of my kids absolutely love it here, and the growth we’ve seen, especially watching my son come out of his shell, has been incredible. What truly sets this center apart is the people. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Amanda are, without question, the best directors we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are supportive, approachable, and consistently go above and beyond from a parent perspective. They’re always willing to answer questions, help problem-solve, and make sure families feel heard and supported. The teachers are just as wonderful. I could list so many names because there are countless staff members who have made a real, positive impact on my children — far too many to name without accidentally leaving someone out. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care are felt every single day. The center also offers amazing summer activities, field trips, and thoughtful seasonal initiatives that keep the kids engaged, excited, and learning in meaningful ways. And the SproutAbout app is such a helpful tool, getting updates, photos, and daily reports gives me so much peace of mind throughout the day. I recommend this child care center time and time again to other parents. If you’re looking for a place where your children will be nurtured, supported, and truly known, this is absolutely the right place.

Our 18 month old son has been at this center now for 6 months and we love it. Staff are friendly and caring and the curriculum is appropriate. They also have fun activities that involve the parents at different times of the year. I would recommend this center to others looking for childcare in the Yorktown area.

Our child has been at Childtime of Yorktown for just over a year. She’s very happy there. I was able to go in on afternoons when I was working from home to nurse her once a day before she weaned, and they were very supportive as I transitioned her to formula and purées, then to solids. We love being able to see her on the cameras and get updates on the app. Her teachers and the staff are very communicative. We’ve only ever had minor hiccups, and any concerns get addressed quickly and effectively. We are confident in sending our second child here when the time comes.

My son is in toddler as one year old. It seems that he is opening up to the place and starting to play more. He just started last week. I had a few concerns that I brought up to leadership about cleanliness, consistent supervision, and gentleness. But they said that they will address it. Other than that, staff has been very helpful with an exception of one.

I love this place I tell everyone I know that’s looking for a daycare center to go here. I have not had one bad experience ever since 2021 when I first started coming here! Their PreK program is really good, when my son graduated from their program and started kindergarten he was top of his class!
