My son has been with A+ for over 2 years. In the last year the facility has taken over new management and the transition has been incredible. I love getting daily pictures and updates of what he is doing through out the day. I feel confident my child will be prepared to start kindergarten when the time comes thanks to the curriculum A+ uses. I can not thank Mr. DeShawn, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Sara, Ms. Zane, Ms. Shirley, Ms. Christina and the entire A+ staff for loving our boy like their own. We are so grateful for this amazing facility 🍎❤️
My son went here for a year and we pulled him out because of the management… he is now back at the center since it is under new management, Ms. Sam is an amazing director and makes sure your child feels comfortable and loved. My son is in the 2 year old room currently as he is still not potty trained yet but Ms. Sara and Ms. Zhane are amazing with him. He loves coming in every day and I feel very happy to have all of these wonderful people taking care of him 🩷 Thank you, A+!!
We started our sons at A+ in July, and we have been so happy with our choice! Ms. Samantha and her staff are very friendly and helpful. There are so many different toys and activities for students to play with, and my boys absolutely love their outdoor space, which has a giant playground and a huge sandbox. I'm always so happy to come for pick-up and see that my kids are having a blast. Any time there has been a concern or issue, I feel like the school works with us as a team. Both of my sons have wonderful teachers, Mr. Shawn and Miss Stephanie. They always communicate through the day with pictures, what they're up to, and how they ate. The program also includes breakfast, lunch, and snack, and it's been great for exposing the boys to new foods. Bonus: They do whole family activities in the evening and parent's nights out!
My daughter is (almost) 3 and I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the TWOS classroom! Zhane and Sara are fabulous with my daughter. As a first time mom it can be hard to trust just anyone with your child, I’m very thankful for the hard work everyone provides everyday! They love her and treat her as their own. Every morning Ms. Zhane makes my heart so warm and helpful for a pleasant drop off. I never have any issues knowing the hands she’s in at this Facility. She’s always ready for “school" because she wants to see her teachers and friends. The amount of activities that are preformed everyday is always different and very educational. Their communication is beyond amazing and are always there to help with any questions you may have. The director Samantha stays on top of things and has excellent management skills. I’m always at ease leaving with a happy smiling child. Thank you A +
I want to share my horrible experience with this facility. First my daughter was under 2 and I expressed that I had never had her in a daycare and I was very nervous for 2 reasons. 1. I didn't want her to get hurt and not be able to tell me. 2. I did not want her to not be cleaned regularly and cleaned well because I'm scared she would get sick from that. Well within the first week my daughter came home with feces in her diaper and on her where they changed her and did not clean her properly. I went straight to the director Samantha who assured me it would be addressed and would not happen again. I come back that evening and am corner by the 2 teachers breading me for going to their boss and not to them about not cleaning her properly I was very uncomfortable. The next week keep in mind this is a Friday. I get an incident report where supposedly it took three people to change my daughter's diaper because she was flailing her legs and she hit it on the changing table and got a massive bruise on her thigh. That made no sense to me and No one would give me a full breakdown on what happened to cause my daughter to get hurt. Again my daughter is under two there is no way it took three people to change her diaper. I bring this to The attention of the Director that I feel that my daughter was her out of retaliation for me telling on them being that they cornered me the day I brought it to her attention. I let them know that I would be taking my daughter out of the center of being that both of my two biggest fears I shared with her in my interview had come to fruition. She agreed that Friday would be My daughter's last day. When I arrived my daughter's stuff was on the floor in massive black garbage bags. Which I had taken out to the car. My daughter was also sitting alone while the rest of the kids were in circle time when I came to pick her up. The next day was a Saturday I was then surprised with A visit from CPS with claims that I was not properly caring for my daughter. I showed them all of the evidence the photos and the recordings I had taken each time I met with the Director. They agreed that it seemed like retaliation for the concerns that I brought forward. I have all of the recordings and photos still. If you were looking for a clean, Safe, inviting, and transparent care facility this is 100% not it. I 100% recommend that you check elsewhere. They are a corporate daycare that only cares about covering their butts even when their staff is Neglecting the children and the director Samantha was definitely not concerned with anything other than her own job.
