First Discovery Child Development Center

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at First Discovery. From the moment our child started, the staff went above and beyond to make them feel welcomed, safe, and excited to learn. The teachers are dedicated to creating a positive environment where kids can thrive both academically and socially. We’ve seen such growth in our child and the curriculum is engaging. We also appreciated how supportive the school was in allowing a speech therapist to work with our child on-site. That extra flexibility made a big difference without disrupting our daily routine. First Discovery is a special place and we’re so grateful to be part of this amazing preschool community!

We are so grateful for the positive impact First Discovery and the amazing teachers had on both of our girls journey. Thank you for providing such a safe and nurturing environment for them to grow. Our kids have always felt safe and cared for with you guys. Every day getting feedback on our kids and small things that they have learned is the most valuable thing to us that we get from the teachers here. It has always been like a second home for our kiddos and we really appreciate the team at First Discovery to make that happen.

We cannot say enough good things about this daycare! After a tough experience elsewhere, we found this place at the very last minute, and it has been such a blessing. Honestly, I was shocked they even had a spot available considering how amazing the staff are. From day one, we felt true peace of mind leaving our son here, something we didn’t think was possible. The staff deserves so much recognition. Ms. Jamey goes above and beyond in my sons first week she sent us detailed updates and pictures, which meant the world to us as parents during those first transition weeks. Ms. Peggy, the director, was so kind and accommodating—she gave us a tour right away when we were in a desperate spot and never made us feel pressured. Ms. Teasia was warm and reassuring on our son’s first day, taking the time to make sure we both felt comfortable. Ms. Jaden and Ms. Janae have also been wonderful, giving our baby cuddles, always kind, patient, and genuinely loving with our child. What sets this daycare apart is how they make you feel like family. Even when our son had a harder time adjusting, they showed nothing but patience, compassion, and encouragement. As parents, you can feel the difference when a team truly cares—and this team does. If you are a parent searching for childcare, especially if you’ve had a difficult experience before, I cannot recommend this place enough. The peace of mind and genuine love they show the children is priceless.

Amazing childcare center! The teachers are so caring and treat my children like family. The center is always clean, communication is great, and Ms. Peggy is such a kind and involved director. My kids love coming every day, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive!
