What Parents Say
Reviews are highly polarized. Some parents report positive long-term experiences and praise the staff and facilities, while others describe serious concerns including inadequate supervision, undocumented injuries, poor cleanliness, and unresponsive leadership.
I volunteer their and we are trying to make it a place kids and adults love! We are cleaning the grounds and the staff treat me fair and are helpful! Thanks to all for letting me be a part of your neighborhood!!!!
Friendly and professional staff. We recently participated in the soccer program and the field is fantastic!
My daughter was going here on 3 years. This last year has been a complete NIGHTMARE. The leadership is scary. My daughter has come home with multiple injuries, un-documented by the staff. They let all the kids run wild in that place, so when you go for pick up, watch out for flying objects. On top of injuries, wild behavior, and just a dirty club, you can't even complain to the staff. They will not care. It's a slap in the face. I had to rate this place one start in order to write this, but in all honestly, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS TO THE FEDERAL WAY BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB.
I wouldn't trust this place with a house plant. If I were you I would NEVER send my kid here. They don't deserve any stars but 1 will have to do.
My son went there for two weeks and hated it. There seemed to be a lot of disruption/kids fighting so we pulled him out.
