My child has been attending this daycare for many years! We have experienced the ups and downs as all business do but the staff here are always so wonderful treating kids as if they are family and very communicative! Anything i have brought to their attention has been resolved fast and efficiently. Overall caring, communication based, and attentive!
Our child has been going here for a few months, and we couldn't be happier. The staff go out of there way to make every child feel welcome and apart of the Childtime family. Meals are included which has helped our child open up to eating different kind of foods. Overally, i highly recommend going here.
Staff always do their best with the kids and the parents. Rooms are well-maintained and clean for the most part. Admin always helpful in answering questions and very friendly. Tuition rates are pretty reasonable. They are very military-friendly.
The new director Jill and assistant director Keri (who has been there a long time) are just fabulous. They are both great with kids and just have that calm and positive energy that you need for this kind of work (a special touch you might say). My son was slated to enroll here last year and I’m so glad that we waited. Ms. Zoey is awesome for the twos room! She took special note of things my kid likes to do and incorporated some of those fun activities for him to help acclimate. It has been nice to watch the cameras and see all the posts and pictures in the SproutAbout app as well. They have been very accommodating and accessible when I have concerns and reach out to them about what’s going on and are more than happy to execute best and new ways to move forward. I would never trust just anyone to watch my child and I am ao happy and lucky that I get to do so with the staff here. Would definitely recommend!
