We love Mrs. Heather. She has really done well with her staff. She does a great job of keeping the parent informed of all updates and new news. We really appreciate her kindness and how well she interact with all the kids and parents. We appreciate all the staff and all their hard work with all the kids.

We’ve been taking our son to Childcare Network since he was 10 weeks old, we are coming up on his 1st birthday. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They absolutely adore my son and it shows he’s being very well taken care of when I drop him off everyday and he smiles at everyone, just happy to be there. All the teachers take great care of each child everyday. And Miss Heather showing up every day making sure the place is running smoothly is wonderful with each child including our son. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My child went here for 2-3 months last year. 8 times in two months they couldn’t take our child because they had a staff shortage and pointed to their 10-1 teacher/student ratio. Each time we had to take off from work, often unpaid to deal with this. They made promises to us that they would have new staff shortly but the problem persisted. These issues were never mentioned during our tour and weekly we saw new tours scheduled by parents depite the obvious staff shortages. Beyond that, they dont teally do any enriching activities with the kids.

I took my children to this facility a few years ago and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Each morning, there appeared to be only one staff member managing all the children, making them wait in the lobby while she took or paperwork. Keep in mind this was 630ish am. Additionally, this staff member often displayed a poor attitude. There was a particularly concerning incident where one staff member allegedly pushed my baby’s chair into a table with considerable force, causing her harm. This was witnessed and reported by my older child, who still brings it up to this day—a sign of how much it impacted them. When I reached out to management to address the issue, they firmly denied the incident and dismissed my child's account in an unprofessional and combative manner. I entrusted this facility with the care of my child, expecting professionalism and compassion—not mistreatment by staff who seemed disengaged and unhappy in their roles. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this facility to parents who are looking for a nurturing and attentive environment for their children.

During my time here my kids have had fantastic hardworking staff. Due to their transition they have been working extra hard and long hours so that we can go to work. I have so many great things to say when it comes to management being responsive, informative, and the teachers treating our kids like their own and always putting the families as a priority. I thank them, and all of their hard work and commitment.
