This center is one of the best in the region. The staff members are amazing and great people who communicate well with parents. The center director and assistant director are always available and willing to answer any questions I have. The center is so warm and welcoming with teachers responding to the unique interests of my child. We have been going here for 3 years and every teacher we’ve had has built a great strong relationship with us and we always feel supported. If you are considering daycare for your children this is the place to go.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but parents deserve to know what they’re walking into. My experience with Browns Point KinderCare was extremely disappointing, and ultimately unsafe for my child. The center is unprofessional, disorganized, and the issues clearly stem from the director’s lack of leadership and accountability. We had one major incident that seriously impacted my child’s safety and forced me to pull her out abruptly. What made the situation even worse was how nonchalant the staff—other than two exceptions—were about it. Their response felt dismissive, unbothered, and honestly like they were trying to cover something up instead of addressing what happened. As a parent, that is the biggest red flag you can get. The only bright spots in the entire center are Ms. Harriet and Ms. Jayden. They were consistently caring, reliable, attentive, and absolutely wonderful with the kids. They are gems in a place that is otherwise chaotic and poorly run. I would not trust this center again, and I hope other parents take this review into consideration when making childcare decisions. My child’s safety is non-negotiable—and this center did not meet even the basic expectations.

I highly recommend Brown's Point KinderCare to any parent. This is the best preschool in the Northeast Tacoma area. The teachers and administrators are passionate about each individual child's development. My daughter is 2 and a half and her discovery preschool teacher is incredible; my daughter loves her. This is my daughter's first time in a school environment and we are thrilled with how well she has bonded with her teacher and adapted to the curriculum. Brown's Point KinderCare even has optional electives such as yoga that my daughter enjoys. The facilities are spotless and safe. We are so glad that my daughter's first school experience has been a positive one. Brown's Point KinderCare has inspired her to love school, learning, and friends. We could not ask for more.

I honestly feel that we couldn't have found a better place for our daughter to learn and grow while we're at work. The teachers are amazing and so kind and the center director goes above and beyond to make sure you and your child are comfortable and well looked after. The teachers can even send you an update in the middle of the day how your child is doing which, sometimes, is exactly what you need for peace of mind. I love that the center sends out monthly curriculum and they have activities every day, even in the infant room! How awesome is that! The knowledge and trust we have in this center taking care of our baby girl is beyond priceless.

This is a wonderful daycare! Our son has learned so much since starting there and really loves it. His teachers are amazing and always have fun new activities for the kids. The daycare is always clean and the employees are kind and professional. I also love the app, so I can get updates and photos/videos of our son through out the day! Would highly recommend to any family looking for a daycare!
