Completing the rental agreement online was very easy and straightforward. When I went to access my unit for the first time, it was on a Sunday when the office was closed. My unit is on the second floor, but I was unable to locate it because the number was completely different and not in sequence with the surrounding units. Since no one was in the office at the time, I had to return another day. I later found out that the unit had been mislabeled and that my lock had been placed inside the unit, but nobody gave me notice about the label issue. While this issue has since been corrected, it did cost me a full day of moving. My main complaint is the lack of carts or dollies available for unloading. There were three carts when I initially rented my unit, but the last several visits I have only seen two when the building is empty. I have even been there when I was the only person in the building and all of the carts were missing. Given the size of this location and the number of units, there really should be at least four or five carts available so customers aren’t forced to move items without one. Unfortunately, I have had to carry items in by hand due to this issue. Aside from these concerns, the facility is generally clean and well maintained. The only exception was one occasion when I used the restroom and it was extremely dirty. This was also on a Sunday, so it’s possible it hadn’t been cleaned yet, but it appeared as though it had been that way for several days. The few times I have interacted with the staff, they have been friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

Erika and Mike were wonderful. Great customer service from the start and always kept a smile on! They were having a “one month free” promo and both employees made sure to let me know so I wouldn’t miss out. They both were also so kind on explaining how everything works and making sure I know where the unit is. As for the property; it looked really nice. The security is also really good! Over all I highly recommend 10/10.

Had an outdoor space for our RV. They tried to break into our RV and wasn’t successful. The fence was cut and the back lights didn’t work. We made a complaint and nothing. The next day they did came back and did succeed on breaking into our RV. Along with everybody else’s on the lot. The company won’t put cameras out in the yard. They had told us they would be getting them and never have. The light was not fixed nor the fence. They won’t help us since we don’t have insurance through their company. We were no longer be doing business with them any longer.

Mike & Erika we are so helpful and professional. Upon arrival with the movers, we needed a last-minute change to a larger unit and they were very accommodating as well as ensuring we got the best price. The facility is very clean and new and is climate controlled. I would highly recommend the storage unit for anyone looking to store their things.

Mike at Extra Storage is amazing to work with. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.
