Bundles Of Care Pre-K Center

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The owner is nice until her staff sends your child to the hospital then you get “it’s not our fault and it’s not our problem “ all she hires is homeless people. I loved it there til she sent my daughter to the hospital and was calling saying she had “lice” every other week. They wouldn’t know what lice look like if it smacked them in the face. I was even told it would be easier for them if I took my daughter with me after my shift there. Mind you I’m a med student and have a chaotic schedule

From the start I didn’t feel welcomed but wanted to give a shot due to the reviews.. the workers there have an ugly attitude, The girls that took care of my baby were upset at the fact that my baby threw up all over there shirt, they said it was “not normal”. The director did not let my child in for being 2 minutes late, they still got paid for the day but I had to miss work. I also sent my baby with a large reusable bag full of everything he needs and they gave me back his stuff in trash bags.. The director only had a good attitude when I was giving her the monthly payment, other than that very rude. Overall bad experience. I don’t recommend.

I just want to say the reviews don’t do this daycare justice! My son loves it here❤️ and he’s 2. He is so excited to come every morning and has a great day! He was previously at another daycare and didn’t do as great but Bundles of Care Is amazing! So if you needed a sign here it is ✨

Wonderful staffing they really know how to make you feel at home I know it's hard sometimes you and your kid with new people but my son really loves going there I have the opportunity to meet the director Ms Lupe and she is awesome with children the building smell very clean and have many toys for the kids to play with my son loves going there and it's been a blessing knowing that I can handle my task as a father to do what I need to do to provide for my family knowing that I have someone I can trust to watch my son . This daycare is outstanding and highly recommend it....

Over all the place is clean and the hours are pretty convenient, but the majority of the staff is young women who can be pretty rude and do not seem very knowledgeable about children which is kind of disturbing since it is their job to take care of children. They will call you several times a day for very minor things like a soft stool or a tenth of a degree over what is considered normal body temperature. Even with your child’s personal physician signing off that your child is perfect health, the center will try to send your child home for the rest of the day and a mandatory 24 hours after that, which needless to say is very inconvenient when it happens at least once a week, every week. Also they have regular outbreaks of hand foot and mouth disease which is also disturbing. Many of the staff is allowed to have their own kids stay at the center and I do not think they are held to the same health standards or requirements that paying customers and their children are held to.
