Wish I could rate them 0 stars. They have no patience, especially the director’s daughter. She’s beyond unprofessional with a poor attitude to say the least! Once you ask her ANY questions about your child’s progress or in general she gets defensive and deflects while speaking rudely to you. The teachers are constantly switching with different kids because they have no structure or organization. This is by far the worst daycare I have ever experienced. I’m flabbergasted that they are still remain open.

Wish I could rate them 0 stars. They have no patience, especially the director. Once you start asking questions they get defensive. The teachers are constantly switching with different kids. My son supposedly bit a teacher but they didn’t have to call me about that only if he bites other kids. My son went more than 3 hours without eating, no snack was provided and I wasn’t even called. My son didn’t eat from 11:30 till he got picked up at 3:20 because “he refused to eat”. Pathetic excuse for a daycare don’t trust them.

Wish I could give this daycare 0 stars, when my son attended this school for a few weeks he would come out red from crying, the directors daughter is a rude snarky woman. They all get EXTREMELY defensive when any kind of allegations come up. I called because there was construction going on that street the day I was dropping my son off, I understand the cut off is 9 am but he was new and I thought they would understand, instead they told me I couldn't take my son for being 2 minutes late, even though I had called prior! After this incident they banned my son from the school! Very strange people, not friendly or kind at all to be working with children. I desperately needed a day care but I quickly regretted putting my son in here and I am glad the director was rude enough to withdraw him, (out of spite im sure) Of course that's not to mention when my older son went here in 2011 they had the incident when two, two year old had to be brought back to the school because they had somehow wondered out to staples street, I question how this daycare remains open today

I am so disappointed. My daughter attended her first day of daycare Friday April 23. She was there for 8 hours straight in the same diaper. I packed 5 pull ups. And when I dropped her off she was wearing a diaper. When I picked her up she was in the same diaper I dropped her off in. None of the pull ups were used and she had poop stuck to her bottom. Clearly she had not been clean for hours for her poop to be stuck to her bottom.. I’m so disappointed with the teacher who was supposed to care for my daughter the way she is supposed to. I’m disappointed with the director who promised me, my child will be in a great environment and a clean and comfortable environment but no one ever changed my daughter’s diaper for 8 hours straight.. I can’t believe this. I have never experienced this with any other daycare my child has attended. I will be unenrolling my child.. again very disappointing, I’ve read terrible reviews about the daycare and I still decided to give this daycare a chance and for this to happen. Wow. Unbelievable.

This was my first experience with a full time childcare facility and I am utterly disappointed.. within the 1st 7 days of enrollment I was contacted 4× due to my 9month old crying and "they didn't know what to do". After so many calls I explained to them that my child is adjusting and if they feel like they cannot handle him than I can find another facility. I am a single mom with no support system working full time in a job I cannot just drop everything and run because my child is crying. on Monday (3/15) I received a call that my other child had bit someone, my child has never bit anyone but I understand they go through these phases and I would handle it accordingly. I was told at that time that if he continued to act out he would need to be picked up early, UNDERSTANDABLE. What is NOT understandable is why my 2yo got a THREE DAY SUSPENSION. I understand everyone thinks their children are little angels, well mine are definitely not BUT they are not bad kids as the daycare made them out to be. They told me my child is constantly attacking other children and when I asked for those incident reports I was notified that they do not need to give ME an incident report if my child isn't hurt, yet had me sign one for my child "biting" another kid... he was not hurt in that incident. I decided to remove my children because of lack of supervision and lack of communication than I was notified that their care was terminated 3hours after I was supposed to drop them off. when I did go to get their things AND my refund they had all of their belongings in bags yet the money was unavailable. the saddest part is my children learned to love their teachers and friends yet the teachers did not show love to my kids. I have spent the last 6 weeks bragging on my 2yo thinking he must be the star pupil only to be blindsided with a suspension they said they did not need to notify me of, I simply cannot believe I suggested this facility to anyone I know and I will be 100% sure to WARN people away from it. I have detailed notes about EVERY I counter I had with the staff about my children and mrs alma typed something up THE DAY I asked for a copy of his file & couldn't even provide the first incident report from 2/9. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD IN little feet childcare.
