Winwood Children'S Center III

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support my daughter received at Winwood Children’s Center. When I had to find a daycare for her on short notice at just five months old, the teachers and staff welcomed her with open arms, making the transition smooth and stress-free for both of us. From day one, it was evident that they genuinely cared about her well-being and development. The infant room teachers, Ms. Brenda, Ms. Carmen, and Ms. Homa were not only attentive and nurturing but also created a safe and stimulating place for her. They took the time to get to know her unique needs and interests, offering personalized attention that made a huge difference in her growth. I was always reassured by their communication, knowing I would receive updates about her daily activities, progress, and any concerns. As she reached her first birthday, I could see how much she had grown under their care by learning new skills, forming relationships, and becoming more confident. The dedication of the teachers truly made Winwood a second home for my daughter and I’m excited for her next year with them. I am beyond thankful for their warmth and would recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and supportive environment for their child.

I can’t say enough good things about Winwood. The staff is amazing and has taken amazing care of our daughter- especially the teachers in the infant room. The progress she has made hitting her developmental milestones has been awesome to see- and she comes home happy and smiling every day. She is always showing us the new baby signs or songs she learns when she comes home. The school and teachers have amazing communication and transparency. I am able to log in at any time to see what my daughter is doing through their camera system- but feel as if we don’t need it given how proactive her teachers are with sending us photos and updates throughout the day. The school is extremely clean and we really value the protocols put in place - especially given our daughter is an infant. We really value the care our daughter has received while at Winwood and recommend to anyone looking for a safe, nurturing, and family like setting for their children.

Winwood is awesome! My son started here after leaving another daycare and we love it! The infant room teachers are so sweet and loving. The room is always well organized and I never worry about my son getting the care and attention he needs. As a first time mom, I’m always worried about how my baby is treated but I know he’s in great hands when I leave him. Plus, he’s always happy to see the building when we arrive (good sign). All the staff are professional and I am always greeted with smiling faces. I would highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about Winwood-Reston. Our son currently attends and our daughter has since "graduated" to elementary school. Both of our children continue to feel the love by the AMAZING staff at Winwood and we could not feel more confident in their abilities. We will continue to praise Winwood for their incredible staff selections and top notch parent communication. Our children have thrived in their care and we could not be happier.

UPDATE: My son has attended Winwood for the past few years and while he is excited to move on to Kindergarten, we are so sad that we have to leave! I cannot begin to express my full appreciation for Stephanie and Kesha over the years. It's truly amazing to see the lengths my child has grown, and the love he has not only for his friends but all his teachers. Of note, the way Winwood has handled the Covid pandemic has been superb, and I was at peace sending my son to school knowing that his well-being was the main priority. To reiterate, I would highly suggest Winwood to any parent out there, this place is truly a gem. My son has been attending Winwood for roughly 6 months now and I wish I had made the switch sooner. Stephanie and Kesha went above and beyond with helping our family transition from our previous daycare. My son loves going to his “friend’s house” every morning, and he comes home happy and exhausted. He is reaching milestones at a much faster rate than the previous daycare he was at, and learning so much every day. My family is so happy we found Winwood, and I would recommend to anyone.
