One Word - "GHETTO". I informed the daycare director my ex-wife had a drug problem and had no license to drive her vehicle. The daycare director and staff still allowed my ex-wife to pick up our son without notifying the police that she was driving illegally. As the director stated, the daycare's responsibility for your child ends at the front door of the facility. In addition, there are no enrichment or early learning programs meaning your child will enter kindergarten without the ability to read. The teachers are great babysitters but the owner and manager are ill-equipped and poorly trained. The owner is only concerned about the $ she receives from the government subsidy programs. Send your child at your own risk.
My son enjoys going there! He is part of the school age program, it is a small center and certainly is not new, but everyday when I pick up my son he wants to stay and keep playing, the staff is friendly and if anything arises they always keep me updated, and that is what truly matters. I like that the center is small because that means my child is getting more attention.
To be honest I would NOT even give them 1 STAR!!! The director and the staff VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! When you bring your concerns to the director it goes in 1 ear and out the other!! The staff fall ASLEEP on your child!! I the teacher TAKE OFF THIERE WIGS AND MADE A GAME OF IT! Like really?! They really need to get it together over thier!! Please look up how many violations they have before bring your children into a unsafe place!
