What Parents Say
The Village Early Learning Center receives mostly positive feedback, with many parents praising the caring staff and happy children. However, serious concerns have been raised about safety procedures, lack of front desk coverage, and discriminatory practices toward children with disabilities.
I feel like the village daycare is a very safe environment. My kid goes there and she’s never been happier. She’s always talking about how amazing the teachers are and how amazing her learning day is and I can’t get her to stop talking about it lol, I have never had a negative experience with the staff every one of them being the sweetest. They can be every day and always greeting my daughter and me with a smile as I drop her off for the day
We used to love this daycare, but a few years ago they pushed out my physically disabled child. The staff was amazing but the owners are very discriminatory against children who are physically disabled. In order for them to make more money they tried to send us to their other facility "Smart Center" which they advertised as being more "accessible" then proceeded to quote us over double the regular tuition, specifically because my child was disabled. DOUBLE tuition because of a disability. Very disappointing.
My son's in the school-age room so he goes during the summer. But he's been going for a few years now. The s are are all amazing and they care for the kids . I dont trust most people with my kid. But Cally and her staff I do .
I called them to tell them about their employee doing drugs and they refused to drug test her. I won’t say her name on here but they know who I’m talking about she has twin boys..
This center has really nice staff but very unprofessional, I actually walked in 2 days in a row this week, No one was at the front office, the doors were unlocked, the side gate where the children play was open, No Staff was nowhere to be found, a School Bus had been waiting almost 10minutes and finally had to walk the kid in, I’m not understanding how no one stays up front, I hope they do better on that part for the kids safety as well as theirs.
