The Goddard School - Chantilly

Highly recommend this daycare! We have had a wonderful experience at this daycare. The owner and caregivers truly love children, and it shows every single day. The owner personally opens the door every morning—even on snowy day—to warmly welcome the kids as they arrive. That small gesture means a lot and really sets the tone for the day. My son was recently transferred here from a larger chain daycare, so I was especially concerned about how he would adjust to a new environment. The staff handled his transition with incredible care and flexibility. They allowed us to start with shorter 30-minute visits for the first couple of days so he could gradually get comfortable with the teachers and the classroom. This thoughtful approach made a huge difference for him. The teachers are incredibly welcoming, patient, and supportive—not only to the children but also to parents. They were always willing to help and communicate, which gave me great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the love, attention, and professionalism here. This is truly a caring and supportive place for children to grow.

We’ve been part of The Goddard School family for three years now, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From day one, the teachers have been absolutely incredible, so loving, patient, and committed to helping our daughter grow in every way. The amount she has learned, not just academically but creatively and socially, has amazed us. They’ve truly helped her blossom! The administrative staff is always so warm and welcoming. They do a fantastic job keeping us informed and making sure families feel connected to everything happening at the school. We’re genuinely sad that this is our daughter’s last year since she’s now in kindergarten, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The kindergarten program has been phenomenal, Ms. Shannan and Ms. Katrina have gone above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their dedication and care. We are beyond thankful for everything Goddard has done for our family and truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our kids.

Our daughter loves going to the Goddard School! The teachers and staff create a very warm, fun and safe learning environment for the children. Our daughter has made lots of new friends in her Penguins class, and her daily schedule is full of fun activities. As a first-time mom, starting daycare with my son was nerve-wracking, but the amazing team at Goddard has made the transition so easy and comforting. From day one, they’ve made us feel like part of the family. The staff are amazing. I can’t say enough great things. We’re so grateful to have found such a loving and supportive environment.
